It was so easy to use and it came with a tutorial to set up. Pros Very easy to use with Google Sheets. Makes it very easy for me to see what clients are being emailed and which emails bounced back. Cons I would like to be able to automatically remove addresses that bounced back from the campaigns I send out. I was able to send over 300 emails and landed an agent along with 250 emails for a campaign pitch and allowed me to make each email individualized. I cannot recommend it enough Cons There isnt anything I do not like about GMASS. Pros Once set up the ease of sending out mass emails. The reporting is easy to follow as well. When an email is bad you are notified. You can also read on who has opened it. Cons The pricing is a bit high for the amount of times I utilize it. I might send out one email blast a month. I appreciate how straightforward the process was. I was able to send critical information in such a small window of time. Would absolutely recommend! Cons The schedule send feature was not as straightforward as I would have liked. I needed to be sure everything was set for a very specific date and time. Once I added those parameters, there was no real confirmation that I set it up correctly or was actually finished with the process. You have to play around to figure some things out since the videos don't give a lot of specific details. Pros Ability to send individual attachments on mass emails. Quickly able to set up email templates and individualize mass emails. Cons The instructive videos could have given a little more detail on how to set up spreadsheets and attach links from Google Drive.
