### "User friendly solution for both vets and pet owners. "

Pros

The fact that someone came with a very ingenious solution for digitalizing not only pet's healts records, but also all the registers that our country legislation requires and was able to make it user friendly helped me and my colleagues the most. Now we don't lose precious time doing the inventory every month, or checking if our assistants have removed pricesely the drugs used that day from our stock, or even calling the owners for a vaccine or a check-up reminder. We can focus on what we supposed to from the beginning, saving pets life without being preocupied that maybe you are left out of stock for some drugs or that maybe Charlie the Pug forgot about his annual check-up. And in the end, the owners are pleased to have a virtual health book in their personal phone at any moment with an accurate history of past and future appointments in our clinic.

Cons

At first I thought it will be difficult to transfer the old virtual database to Digitail, but I was pleasantly surprised that their consultants found a personalised solution for us that dind't require as much time or effort as expected.

A+ I am glad I chose Digitail as my software. I had used Woofware at VCA, Avimark, Covetrus pulse, EazyVet and Banfield's soft ware. I loved the Shepherd software interface and invoice/flow task board/medical record combining but ultimately I chose Digitail because of the client facing app, telemedicine - virtual lobby and mapping for mobile house calls. It is also very easy to document client interactions and they can also interact and request appointments through the app.

Pros

I love Digitail's accessibility via tablet and phone, which is what I use the most o house calls. I also love the ability to store digital files in their cloud that owners can access via link instead of having to email huge files. I also love the client facing app where owners can access their pet's records and if traveling, other digitail vets can too.

Cons

There are a few things I can not move, like the chat bot and announcement tabs. Sometimes they are in the way and I have to turn the phone sideways to get them out of they way. It should be a choice if the user wants it in the menu or easy access.

Very unhappy with the software program and the lack of proper and timely support.

Pros

The beginning when I had hope that it was going to be a great new system for our organization, with plenty of support.

Cons

Customer service has been absolutely dreadful. It is sometimes days before we hear back on an issue and some of them we are still waiting to be resolved for weeks. We have several serious issues i.e., cannot add or change client addresses, none of our client's open balances transferred over from our old HIPPO software which means $1000's of lost revenue. System is overall clunky and some tasks require multiple clicks before you get to what you need. This is a Romanian-based company that rolled out into the US market way too soon without the proper tech support.

Overall our experience has been positive. There have been some difficulties or bugs that have occurred but it is encouraging that changes/updates are continually being made.

Pros

It has a lot of features in one bundled product. Therefore we don't need to have separate company for an app, texting, AI etc.

Cons

The inventory module could be improved has far adding reorder points and reorder amounts. Also the reporting module could be better.

We highly recommend Digitail! It has made our record keeping very easy! As a referral service, it is very important that our records are thorough and professional. The templates make it easy.

Pros

Digitail is extremely easy to use. It was simple to get started and the tech team is very helpful. There is a library of helpful guides and videos. The price point is better than what we've had previously. The service has been reliable and our records look very nice. There are constant improvements to the platform.

Cons

Setting up our label printer has been a challenge. Inventory is not-straight forward. Refunding is a bit confounding as well.

### "Incredible System, Incredible Team!"

\[sensitive content hidden\], our onboarding person, has been incredible. He has dealt with my silly questions, serious questions, and overall frustrations getting it up and running (although the frustrations have been few). Even with the big time difference, he has been available when we needed him! He is extremely knowledgeable and want him to come to the U.S. and work at our hospital as a vet (and Digitail expert) lol.

Pros

Coming from a server based system, its incredible to be able to access from anywhere! There are many functions, some we haven't even tried yet (baby steps in implementing them) that make the process so much easier. And of course, we are in a a love-hate relationship with "Tails"....we love it because it's the coolest thing ever, but hate the fact that down the road I won't be needed lol!

Cons

Inventory management is something to get used to, but we will get there. I do also wish we could create our own visit types to work with what we are used to. Also, one request would be to be able to re-order the entries in a canned treatment plan so if we have to adjust it, it will be in logical order of how we go through the process. Right now, new entries only appear at the bottom and can not be moved and the whole plan needs to be re-created.

Overall very good. I think Digitail has a lot of potential and I look forward to continuing to work with them.

Pros

I like the interface, the ease of use, the forward thinking (AI, voice integrations).

Cons

I am a specialist and I was hoping there would be advancements to integrate the unique aspects of a referral hospital. Also customer service can be very helpful, but not always very prompt. The chat option really isn't truly a chat because it can takes days for them to respond. That is really just an email.

The software is a total joke. We were lied to when we signed and unless you copy the CEO on every email, no one answers. It's just bad software with no customer support.

Pros

There are no pros at this point. They have run us through the ringer so bad we are already shopping for another software.

Cons

They fired our implementation person along with about a quarter of their staff the day before we went live. Their tech support team does not respond to problems. You can't change reminders going out to your customers. Our no show rate skyrocketed after we went live with them. If you have multiple locations, you can't set up your own employees.

My truly favourite thing about Digitail is their vibrant, engaging team who provides excellent, courteous and prompt support and customer service. They truly feel like an extension of our in clinic team and they make our days flow so easily.

### "We LOVE Digitail!"

Pros

First and foremost, the software is so easy to use and very functional. One of the great things about it is being able to access it ANYWHERE. The pet-parent portal is also genius and our clients are definitely fans! The chat function and diary updates are great for managing difficult cases. We also really like how the treatments are so easily approved and declined within a SOAP note and then anything approved will automatically pull into the invoice. It makes missing charges a thing of the past. As a brand new practice we had to start from the ground up. Our onboarding specialist, \[sensitive content hidden\], has been the absolute best! The fact that Digitail is constantly improving and working to be more functional is phenomenal. Honestly, there's so many nice things it would be hard to list them all but we really do just love it!

Cons

There have only been a few small things I've noticed that I wasn't a fan of or feel should be worked on a bit more. The one thing I find slightly inconvenient is having to remove pricing when sending a record so instead of hitting just "send email" we have to go into the "advanced records options" every time to change it. One other thing is not being able to apply a 0 to the low end of an estimate on any product that has a dispensing fee as it will always still add the dispensing fee instead of displaying a $0 - still trying to figure a way around that without creating a bunch of new services or changing dispensing fees. The last thing I can think of that has been an issue is merging clients/patients. I've noticed after we have manually entered a client and patient into the system, if they then go enter themselves into the app it will create a duplicate and I do not have the power to merge them.

The experience with Digitail and the team behind it was excellent, being extremely receptive to all our needs and ensuring a very good communication with us.

Pros

Using Digitail we managed to completely give up paper sheets, we improved our communication with customers by sending them the files every time by email or giving them access from the mobile application to the information in the consultation sheets. The mobile application is also a very good achievement and an excellent tool for owners. The programmer part is very good, filling in the forms is easy to do.

Cons

I have no worries about interacting with Digital. There are minor details that can further improve its usefulness and functionality but it is a software in a continuous dynamic that constantly comes with news, updates

I love \[sensitive content hidden\]! She has been such a huge help!! What I love about Digitail is its pretty easy to navigate around. I love the app feature and that clients have access to records and have the ability to schedule appointments at their convenience. I also love the chat feature.

Cons

The consent forms and prescriptions are hard for us. We've had to order prescription pads because the templates in Digitail just wouldn't be able to be processed in South Carolina at a human pharmacy.

The staff have been lovely and welcoming in helping answer all of my questions. I am just not sure it is the right program for me at this stage.

Pros

That it is cloud based and a nice clean looking dashboard. Easy to find the tabs I need.

Cons

There is a lot of double handling. Multiple steps in the consult note section even with using templates. I would like to be able to be able to edit and customise more things to my preferences and needs.

After adopting Digitail, I could concentrate more on treatment rather than losing time on different areas. Pet parents were more trustful and they are always at ease interacting with their vet. Developers are always helpful and provide monthly upgrade to the interface and options, which is great.

Pros

Digitail help to better organise and run my daily practice. Pet parents follows their fur babies pet record better using a well deserved tool for this era. It is easier to go through all medical records, products stock and statistics useful for better planning and evolution.

Cons

Some features takes time to get used to. Training staffs may require some time

Having a lot of patients makes it hard to remember everything. My notes and comments in Digitail makes me able to be well prepared when i have a check-up or someone i have not seen in a while. The messages clients get are also useful and an excelant way to remember. I can easily acces all the information from my phone, so even if i am not at the clinic i can check everything and help my colleagues at work. So overall it helps, a lot.

It is easy to access and control all features.

It not really complete now, but the guys are listening to our needs and try to make it perfect for us.
