Admin Mgr Veterinary, 11-50 employees Used the software for: Less than 6 months ** Overall Rating 2.0 ** Ease of Use 2.0 Customer Service 1.0 Features 3.0 Value for Money 1.0 Reviewer Source Source: Capterra May 1, 2025 "Admin Manager" **Overall:** Very unhappy with the software program and the lack of proper and timely support. **Pros:** The beginning when I had hope that it was going to be a great new system for our organization, with plenty of support. **Cons:** Customer service has been absolutely dreadful. It is sometimes days before we hear back on an issue and some of them we are still waiting to be resolved for weeks. We have several serious issues i.e., cannot add or change client addresses, none of our client's open balances transferred over from our old HIPPO software which means $1000's of lost revenue. System is overall clunky and some tasks require multiple clicks before you get to what you need.
