April 13, 2018 5.0 Pros Live monitoring is very exciting, reports are easy to get, I provide my customers with URLs so they can monitor the truck. I can verify the route driven and how many gallons of diesel were used, from past and present trips. I can call my representative any time and they are always willing to help. The drivers are happier and so are we. Pros The system has so many great features and is very user friendly. Even the drivers who aren't great with electronics are able to use this with ease. Cons There are a few things that dispatch would like to see be changed. Like tracking of the overview screen or how it shows them. Pros This system provides us with all of the information we need. It was very comprehensive. Provided information we needed about speeding, harsh braking, etc. Our representative was so helpful! He provided us with some free merchandise when we did our free trial! Cons Really no issues! Ask me in a couple of months, I'm still trying to learn the system. Pros The equipment is driver friendly. It is easy for the driver to use.
