It allows me to do it in a fun way with gifs and emojis etc. I LOVE it! I also love when I get recognized and being able to see what other people say as well as being able to save up points and then cash out with a gift card that I want or even paypal. There are sooo many gift card options so it makes it super fun for all. The slack integration is cool too.  Cons There is literally nothing that i don't like about this software. Also one can use it for vouchers or earn money, one can even easily send someone few points to reward themselves! Cons there are not many options when it comes to vouchers or to cash out. With Bonus.ly we have a year-round staff reward program that is more powerful and fulfilling to the team than a once a year bonus that is often forgotten the other 364 days of the year. Pros I love the immediate feedback. Employees love it because it's so much fun to use. Reading all the great things my team is doing keeps me in the loop when I'm not there to see it! It has helped us become more united and create a culture of encouragement and positivity. As a business with two locations and an ever-growing team this tool brings us together. Cons I wish the automatic acknowledgments such as birthdays and anniversaries had a lower price point. The cost adds up and we've stuck to managing those special days internally. The GIF option has been improved a lot since the last 4 month but it could still be better. Cons Sometimes I don't have # to add and the software forces me to do it as well as adding a description. Sometimes a GIF is just enough. Also, sometime when you're adding the #, it doesn't complete you the whole sentence or erase the last letter. Product Owner Internet Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Very helpful for acknowledging your teams work" May 17, 2019 5.0 Pros Easy to use and perfect to acknowledge activities someone of your team or organization has done. Hashtags and gifs are cool to make it less formal. Cons Teams consist of more people than those that are officially within your organization. This way, I've run into the situation several times, that I couldn't acknowledge all of those, that worked hard for sth, but only those, that are listed in bonusly / are within the organization. The last team was consisting of people from two different companies, but you couldn't notice this within the team. Thus, it was even harder to only give bonusly of those people from the "right" company. I would suggest a feature, to allow providing bonusly to people outside of the company. Additionally, depending on how frequently you redeem bonusly, you need to pay more or less taxes, at least in Germany. It would be helpful to have a hint from the tool, explaining you how much you could redeem without paying taxes. Earlier we used to send digital thank you card when some colleague helped us but now we use bonusly extensively. It's little rewards has awesome power and greatly improves the positivity and helpful environment in company. Their platform allows you to easily set up, add team members and give points for the accomplishment you like to give recognition for. The website is highly customizable with your companies brand colors and logo and even synch with our HR platform to add new hires directly to the list of users. Cons Their analytics and metrics reporting lacks some deeper intelligence. This is incredibly beneficial for making sure that people are valued and feel seen and recognized for their hard work. Especially for large teams where small tasks and daily needs may go unrecognized over big wins or where upper level management may not have as much insight into the hard work of each employee as team members do, it's nice to have an opportunity to appreciate hard work and dedication. I will be using this tool for a very long time. Pros \-Ease of use. Bonusly is very straight forward to use and to be honest I knew how to use it after 2min. -The ability to allow users to redeem a reward after achieving a certain number of points is very encouraging and a bonus to the users. -Gives employees in an organization to appreciate themselves and in the long run creating unity/bond among people working in the same organization. Cons \-The number of bonus offered is limited in the sense that you can have a lot of people you want to recognize in a month but the point may not be enough. February 21, 2023 5.0 The overall experience has been very positive - all members of our team get excited to use the product. Pros Bonusly makes it very easy to implement a tool that will motivate and connect your team. It's relatively inexpensive as a whole, and team members are able to recognize their peers, managers, and direct reports for a job well done. Not only does it highlight great work happening within the company, it builds camaraderie and connects the team. Additionally, the rewards are to recognizable businesses, which is always helpful. I really also like that people can donate their rewards to charitable organizations. We like connecting Bonusly with Slack so we get real time updates when someone is recognized. Cons There truly isn't a lot for Bonusly to improve. If I had to really be picky, I would say that the overall interface looks a little dated and could be visually improved, but this really doesn't interfere with the interest or ability to use the product.
