simple to set up - easy to use. slack integration is perfect and we have an #applause channel dedicated to the integration

Cons

no cons - it's solid. it's a full-featured platform and does exactly what you want it to do. maybe they could be more advanced analytics.... but I'm not even sure I would use them

Pros

This application is fun. We use this in our office. You acknowledge your colleague by giving them points. and it is convertible to cash once your reach your set minimum points. This is fun, yet your earning. Excellent for encouraging the employees to do better job.

Cons

I have liked this application as showing appreciation for making a good job, so I guess there is negativity on this application. Its just that, our minimum points is hard to reach.

Pros

Bonusly has been great to our team as it’s allowed peers to recognize each other. The system integrates with slack so everyone gets a notification. Awesome for morale!

Cons

Sometimes I have a hard time logging on as it asks for an authenticator, if I’m using a computer at home

With a medium sized small business, which works in office and remote, Bonusly provides a great way for us to acknowledge (and be acknowledged for) the awesome work being done. With the social feed, we're also able to see others' recognitions that we may not otherwise have visibility for.

Pros

It's easy to give recognition to colleagues for the awesome work that they do, and know that it turns into real gift cards for them. The added flavor of GIFs and piling on points for others' accolades is a big plus. The software is easy to navigate, and the leaderboards and reporting also provide for insight into company culture.

Cons

It's well put together. I'm unable to come up with something that needs improvement.

I don't like you need to add a # to all bonus gives, but I understand how it helps some of the reporting

Pros

Very fun way to interact with other employees. Allows me to compete with coworkers or other teams and create competition between teams.

Cons

None, it's there is honestly nothing to complain about. Your company gives you free money to reward other colleagues.

enables others to give shout-outs to others in the low admin way. Our teams have really taken to this program and it has helped improve moral and has become a part of our culture

Pros

Very easy to use, integrations with Slack make it even easier, automation and reporting great to ease administration. Rewards available are great and even being able to create your own.

Cons

don't like the pricing model of the automated birthday/anniversary, for what it offers seems a bit steep

The ability to add Gifs as our company are Gif lovers! Also, pay outs are very easy for employees to use and there's a huge range of options for them to pick from.

Cons

That you have to use a hashtag with every post and that points would have a higher monetary value.

I wish the metrics/data were easier to manipulate...it's not intuitive. I have to download some things into excel...that's a pain and seems likes an unnecessary extra step.

I love it, really!

Pros

The concept of it is amazing. The ease of use and the many different reward options there are.

Cons

The emoji menu works pretty bad, I wish it worked as good as the one in Slack. Also, when someone gives a bonus to a group of people, many times you want to add to that bonus but also including the original giver and that's not possible, so you have to create a new bonus for that specifically and we end up with several different bonuses related to the same event.

Personally, this is a great app for building team morale and engagement as well as giving appreciation. My only concern is that sometimes it becomes a bit too 'expected' when we use tools like Bonusly. People tend to expect to be rewarded for tasks done, and depending on the individual's nature, we have also seen that some people feel left out (and hence unappreciated) when they don't receive rewards as much as they can see others receiving it. I'd love if there was an option to also give out anonymous points (maybe this could be allowed only once a month or so), just because sometimes the element of anonymity when recieving a reward is also nice!

Pros

Bonusly has an easy-to-use UI and clear instructions on giving and receiving bonuses. It's great vlaue-for-money when thinking about all the impact it has in the long-term for an organization's best resources-its employees! It has a great variety of rewards and integrations that make it super convenient for MNCs with various office locations.

Cons

Nothing in particular, although I do wish it had the ability to roll over (a limited amount of ) points to the next month. I also think there should be some reward internally in the system for highest giving and receiving individuals (perhaps more bonusly points to dish out!) , so that the app rewards its own users as well!

The comments that can be mentioned along with the GIF and the points to your peers are fantastic.You can use hashtags, tag people and reward them.Best part is to redeem these points you have multiple, gift card options.

Cons

May be they can still make the points \*2x as the reward values. Like for 15 points instead of 100 they can make it 200.

The behavioral underpinnings of Bonusly work! Thinking about how to give bonuses helps keep me in a thankful frame of mind, and getting them feels great and makes me feel recognized. Love this service, along with the vast majority of my colleagues.

Cons

I would like tighter integration with our Slack bot, so that typing "++" after someone's name in chat gave them 1 Bonusly point.

It is a great product.

Pros

I like that all employees get a say in who can get a bonus. It is a great way to help show your appreciation. Someone ran a report for you? Send them points. Someone covered while you were on PTO? Send some points. Its great.

Cons

I love it. I think the things I don't love only really revolve around my specific business. Like I would like a larger allowance to be able to give out more points throughout the month but that is specific to my company.

Pros

Bonusly is an amazing way for coworkers and management to express appreciation for tasks that would otherwise easily go unrecognized. Great for company morale and motivation!

Cons

Truly, I can't think of a ton of cons. Maybe if you could cash in for venmo dollars, but they give you enough vendor options that you can easily find one that's valuable to you.

We definitely solved an engagement problem, it was very fun.

Pros

Loved the engagement between team members. Bonuses were small but specific and meaningful. People really enjoyed it. Really great reporting functions.

Cons

Administration is not as secure as it could be - there is only one admin level, and it would better if they had different access rights (superuser, accounting access, dept manager, etc)

Pros

I love how easy it is to submit reviews and rewards. It's just a few clicks, and you're done. It's also easy to spend your points and purchase a gift certificate, and there's a wide range of businesses that you can select for your rewards. So to conclude, it's easy as both a giver and a receiver of bonsly points!

Cons

I dislike how you have to select one of the preset hashtags in your comment. I'd like to have the option to omit that when it doesn't make sense.

I think it's a very smart investment for any company's culture because Everyone likes to feel appreciated when they devote themselves to work, and thus their productivity at work will increase, and this will be to the benefit of any company.

Cons

There are no negatives to this program, it is very good and they are always making progress
