### "Easy tool to build a culture of gratitude in your company"

Pros

There are a wide range of rewards that can be earned, including "cash" (transfer balance to Paypal or Amazon account), gift certificates, charitable contributions, and custom company swag. That's fantastic. BUT, what I think this program has done best for us is that it's helped build a culture around saying "thank you" and acknowledging coworkers (360 degrees!) for the ways they make our lives better. The monthly points expiration, which irked me at first, actually works as a reminder that positive acknowledgement should be part of your planned work, not something you only do rarely. The ability to pair Giphy or fun images with bonuses keeps the interactions fun, silly, personal, and engaging - exactly the way it should be. Integration with Slack means that praise is public (within our company), which prompts others to think about what they are also thankful for.

Cons

There's really not much I don't like about it, honestly. It's easy to use and straightforward in its interface.

### "Peers recognition made easy"

Easy micro-bonuses to give to colleagues to show appreciation. Easy statistics regarding the flow of bonuses between team members.

Pros

Easy to use, easy to integrate with Slack, customization of the "currency" , rewards, tags to use to justify the bonuses, achievement etc.

Cons

I really haven't found any flaws using the software. Since we started using it, it's bee a pleasure to use and a good incentive to recruit new colleagues

### "Best Rewarding Application"

I would recommend using as it is a great application for giving rewards to the individuals and boosting their confidence.

Pros

should be a must used platform in every organization due to following reason: 1.)Rewards are provided to the employee if the employee completes its task, it's a great thing to give reward as it keeps the employee motivated. 2.)The organization can also put incentives based on quarterly, half or yearly performance of the individual. 3.)Peers can send rewards to each other on working together with a particular task, this helps in a team bonding and strengthing relationships among peers.

Cons

There is no as such con in the Bonsuly as they are constantly updating their app and website. But it is just a suggestion if they can remove leaderboard from their application as it gives a sense of competitiveness which is sometimes not healthy for an organization.

I love that it's so easy to use - some users can have difficulty integrating with a new platform, but never an issue with Bonus.ly.

Cons

Peer engagement across Canada and the USA - a great way for employees to give CHEER to their PEERS wherever they happen to be working that day. Staff receive the reward of their choice, rather than selected for them by management, which they find super valuable.

Pros

It's easy to control posts as an Admin, and to request that staff include certain words, hashtags or values into their posts. User Admin is very easy with a few options :)

Cons

I would like to see more filters for Admin reports: filter 'common words' by a date range so I can go back to my staff over a period, same thing for bonuses given and received, rather than just 'past 90 days'.

Overall, is a great platform for providing and receiving feedback. I love how well it integrates with our existing systems and how easy it is to use and exchange points for gift cards. Wouldn't have it any other way or use any other reward-based system!

Pros

I like that I can easily reward my team members for their hard work and collaboration, and I can do it using text, gifs, emojis, and give them tangible feedback that they can exchange for something they like! I also love how it integrates with Slack so I can add on to someone else's feedback.

Cons

There's really nothing to dislike about , although sometimes I wish there were more reward options (although, there are already a ton), but wouldn't it be great to exchange points for Southwest gift cards ;) Really no complaints and I'm sure they'll come out with more reward options in the future.

Pros

Very easy to use and enables peer to peer recognition in a public and simple way. It is a massive hit with our team and fast become a critical part of our approach to recognition across the company.

Cons

There's nothing I don't like about - the team are always very responsive to questions or requests and we have no intentions to ever replace it :)

Pros

Colleagues can reward points to each other by acts of kindness or helping solving something which improves company morale & culture.

Cons

UI isn't very intuitive, it's fairly average and could definitely be worked on to be better.

This provided an easy way to create/support our internal culture of recognizing individual contributions and rewarding each other. By setting up our own "currency", we are able to have a custom experience where our team members give each other what amounts to high-fives except they have the added benefit of being worth some amount. Every couple months almost everyone earns a gift card and they receive something tangible for being a good human in our organization. It's fun and inexpensive... you should try it with your employees.

Pros

\- dead simple to set up and use - makes for happier employees - great options for rewards - lots of options for customization

Cons

I can't say I have anything to complain about. Our employees love it and I've never had any problems.

Easy to use, positive experience overall from the user perspective

Pros

We have integrated with slack which makes it very easy to use and see who is being recognized. Our HR leader has also tied this into our core value awards which makes it even more relevant.

Cons

Overall, it really is easy to use to recognize peers. The ability to pool awards and then distribute hose across a group of people easily would be a great feature to allow for teams to recognize other individuals and teams. Also, when giving award points to multiple people, that counts as one recognition event when it should count as multiple - multiple people recognized.

### "A Fun Way to Recognize Your Team & Boost Morale"

Overall experience with is extremely positive, I think every business should incorporate a tool like this to motivate, energize, and recognize their team(s). There's no better feeling than getting an email notification saying "someone has recognized you" and then reading your coworker's positive notes and recognition. It's a really great way to share good vibes and is a small token of appreciation that goes a very long way.

Pros

The product is extremely easy to use and integrates with our enterprise collaboration tool (Slack) very well. We have a Slack channel where team recognition is shared and colleagues celebrate each other's wins. It's a ton of fun watching people get deserved recognition and seeing everyone celebrate their efforts. I really enjoy giving to other teammates when they've gone above and beyond. When I receive Bonusly, I am immediately energized and thankful. I usually use my Bonusly to treat myself, which is something I don't do as often.If I want to share Bonusly with my spouse or donate the funds I always have to option to do so. It's very easy to use and redeeming your Bonusly is incredibly simple.

Cons

I don't have anything that I really dislike about . I think the system is very easy-to-use and straightforward.

Pros

Transparent internal reward system. Very easy to use and a great motivator for our employees. With , no one can be criticized about favoritism for bonuses because it is completely peer-to-peer. Also their Zapier Integration with the Bubble machine is hilariously fun.

Cons

I wish there was some sort of fraud detection algorithm included to be able to detect when employees are not using it as a peer-to-peer system, but instead as pure quid pro quo. That's not the intention of the system and at the moment doesnt have any safeguards for that.

has created a real environment of collaboration and gratitude within our company. It also contributes to some good natured competition to see who can be the most #solutiondriven for the week or who will collect the most bonusly points for the month. It's a lot of fun. When you have enough points to cash out, there are plenty of options to choose from for your rewards points as well.

Pros

My company uses to encourage inter-departmental collaboration and to remind all employees that reward those who have gone above and beyond to be engaged with addressing a client's need, find an innovative solution, or even just to lend their help and expertise to an overwhelmed colleague. This allows everyone in the company, no matter what level to achieve some recognition for the little things. In return, it helps foster an environment where we want to collaborate and we are grateful for the resources that we have to use for projects and new deals (our coworkers).

Cons

Overall, there aren't any major cons for this project. As a user, I would like to have better emoji and GIF shortcuts to key in - adding them currently is a little tricky - but that is purely a fun, cosmetic con.

### "Celebrate and be celebrated "

It’s a great way to celebrate and recognise those in the company who do so much but fly under the radar of upper management. It’s also a fun way to thank people, the use of gifs on has turned into an art form in our company. If you really want to thank someone you’ll put the effort in to find the perfect gif!

Pros

is a great way to recognise and celebrate hard work and passion. It’s simplicity is it’s strength allowing me to log on and recognise someone quickly.

Cons

It’s very easy to use incorrectly, people can and do use it to give each other points on a quid per quo basis or as a form of payment or incentive. I’ve also heard colleagues offer to do things in return for points, totally not the point!

Pros

We have all our staff using it reguarly and enjoying it. It clearly goes down well. It was an easy replacement for employee of the month rewards & we no longer get complaints. Analytics are fun too.

Cons

For basic extras (like birthday notifications) it's a disproportionate add-on cost for what you get. There are a few 404 page error bugs relatively regularly. Customer support feels condescending and over the top, and they usually don't read your report (ask you to do something you already did). Generally feels like customer support has a script they cannot deviate from, so it takes a few back and forths to actually get them to address the issue. Response is quick though, and we have never seen the website to be down.

Easy to use Defined points structure Good range of rewards for money (Amazon Gift cards etc) Good range of Charities to Donate Really good way to recognize good work in a company Really good social features (cool gifs and emojis)

Cons

Software wise, its a good product. But not a good alternative for a proper bonus structure or employee incentives. People tend to expect points, just to do their daily work routine or job responsibilities Employees feel like, they need to impress others to get points and introverts never receive any points. Popular employees tend to get more points compared to a employee who does work in his own (ex. A Product owner who give demos tend to get more points from others than a developer who works ina team) Tend to make team members launder points to get rewards.

I have a positive experience with . Every time I receive a bonusly amount, I get excited and feel grateful to my coworkers for having recognized my efforts.

Pros

This gives me a tool to recognize my peers and motivate them to perform well. In the pandemic era, since there are no coffee break sessions, such tools help us encourage each other with the benefits of rewards.

Cons

That my budget expires every week. I would have liked a rollover feature. Because sometimes, I run out of my budget every month, and other times they just expire.

Pros

It gives an infrastructure for appreciation! Something most people expect to crop up organickly within an organization. I think it really has helped the company I'm at keep that positivity as we grow and people get more and more silo'd.

Cons

I get frustrated when I'm out of points but want to reward someone. I think it's a necessary thing, but maybe you could implement a feature when I could set up a timed bonus to be sent to someone, so that right when someone does something nice I can setup the appreciation for it, but it won't charge my points before the new month refresh.
