Vooral de snelle en correcte ondersteuning bij vragen vind ik een grote plus. Pros Het gebruiksgemak voor de opbouw en inrichting van de workspace en dataroom met goede ondersteuning. Cons Eigenlijk geen. Het is meer tijd dan het reguliere doorsturen via beveiligde wegen zoals WeTransfer, maar geeft wel een duidelijkere inhoud. If there are questions, they always contact me within 30min to fix. Besides, its a very easy to use software. Pros The customer support is great. Next to that ease of use of the software is very high, and therefore our productivity and workflow is much more efficient. Cons There is nothing that I don't like about Virtual Vaults. Therefore we almost always use Virtual Vaults as our dataroom provider. One thing that would make Virtual Vaults even better is the possibility to use an automatic redaction function. Now almost the standard! Pros User friendliness and easy to find information once you have entered this into the system. Also teh user helpdesk is quick in responding. Cons Getting the buy side overseas to really understand how easy it is. Also the costs tend to go up quite high when a project is having delays, as we hade to renew twice and that was significant. De lijsten van de koper worden goed verwerkt, het werkt daarna makkelijk om de juiste gegevens te uploaden. Cons Niet iets specifieks. Uiteraard is het product niet gratis, de kosten zijn evenwel wel stevig. Zeker als je een dataroom een tijd niet gebruikt.
