Pros

The recognition and rewards module is really well done. It's made it much easier to acknowledge team wins, both big and small, and that's boosted morale. I also appreciate the social feed aspect, it helps connect people even when we're not in the office. It's a pretty solid platform for employee engagement.

Cons

The mobile app experience isn't the best. It sometimes feels a bit clunky and takes a while to load certain sections, especially when trying to redeem rewards on the go. It's not a dealbreaker, but an update to improve its speed and responsiveness would be welcome.

The UI is good and easily understandable. 1 point is equal to INR1 which is easy to used. Overall this is a good product.

Cons

The availability of few services and rewards options is decreased. Other then that, this still continues to be a good product in employee recognition.

It is really a very good experience using vantage circle to provide recognition and appreciate employees work and contribution via appreciation post and gift cards.

Pros

Easy accessible and user friendly. There are lot of vendor options to redeem our gift cards. It really helps to recognize the employee's work and contribution. It is really value for money.

Cons

Sometimes some of the vendors are not available during redeem our gift card. There are no all kind of denominations are available in all the vendors.

Pros

Easily accessible, good user experience and more options to redeem gift cards.

Cons

Profile access is a little bit complicated. Limited vendors to redeem our gift cards. Gift card denominations are less and it is annoying when you cannot redeem the entire amount

It was an amazing experience, and on one occasion, I was pleasantly pleased by the customer service they offered. I didn't anticipate receiving it, but I did.
