It's a pretty solid platform for employee engagement. Cons The mobile app experience isn't the best. It sometimes feels a bit clunky and takes a while to load certain sections, especially when trying to redeem rewards on the go. It's not a dealbreaker, but an update to improve its speed and responsiveness would be welcome.
