Pros

I love using BigMarker! I spent a lot of time researching different webinar and event tools before choosing it and it stood out straight away. It integrates well with key tools we already use such as Slack, HubSpot and Google, which was an essential item for our chosen tool and makes day-to-day work much easier. The interface is modern, clean and very user-friendly. It’s very easy to navigate, so both our team and our audience can use it without any issues or hardship. Everything feels clear and well-designed which makes a big difference when running events and makes them more seamless and professional. What I also like is that it goes beyond just webinars. BigMarker is a full digital event experience software with strong event management features built in. As someone who delivers many webinars, physical events and hybrid customer days, this is fantastic. We haven't used support much but when we have, their customer support has been excellent – responsive, helpful and easy to work with. Overall, it’s a reliable, easy-to-use platform that delivers a great experience for both me as an organiser and for our attendees.

Cons

The main downside for us has been the cost. Pricing has increased over time, making it harder to justify value for money to senior leaders in our annual budget review when other tools are cheaper, especially as you scale usage across a team and more people want to use the tool. We also noticed that it can sometimes slow down the internet connection of the organisers and hosts while running events, particularly during longer sessions. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it can be frustrating when you’re trying to manage things smoothly in real time and things are freezing.

BigMarker has cut the amount of work setting up webinars in half for our team. It's easy to navigate, reliable in streaming, and customer support has been great!

Cons

There are a few limitations in the webinar studio room in terms of the speakers being able to see the audience view, but hopefully they will be placed on BigMarker's implementation pipeline.

BigMarker offers me an opportunity to pre-load the slides and video and with ease, I can conduct live or evergreen webinars. With the help of the Q&A, polls and face-to-face invite tools, each session seems interactive and professional.

Cons

I detected minor audio desynchronization issues after a prolonged period of use, and switching between various host webcams in certain cases clears layouts unsolicitedly.

Pros

We were the early adopters of BigMarker. It works seamlessly and support has been great. It works great for automated webinars.

Cons

I never had any issues from the beginning.
