Kundensupport ist nicht entgegenkommend und drohen relativ schnell mit Klagen, bei Nichteinzahlung von Rechnungen, für Leistungen, die nicht verlängert worden sind.

Pros

Es ist möglich einzelne Module zu bestellen (aber Achtung Verträge werden automatisch verlängert) und die Funktionen, sind wir bei vielen anderen Buchhaltung Software, online durchzuführen.

Cons

Achtung: automatische Vertragsverlängerung um ganze zwei Jahre ohne Wissen des Kunden. Der Kundendienst verweist nur auf die AGBs die nach erster rechtliche Prüfung unzulässig sind. Und obwohl mir dem Unternehmen mitgeteilt haben dass wir unseren Onlineshop eingestellt haben, wofür das service verwendet worden ist, wird weiterhin aggressiv versucht uns zu zwingen das Service für zwei Jahre zu bezahlen und das im Voraus. Das schlimme an der Sache: Sie können die Kündigung laut ihren Angaben im Postfach nicht finden, und verlängern somit einfach die Vertragsdauer.

Die Qualität und Funktionalität der Software haben massiv nachgelassen. - Ansichten funktionieren nicht richtig (UI wird nicht gerendert) - keine passenden Daten zwischen App und Web-Anwendung --> in der App kann nicht auf österreichische Steuernummer bzw. USt-Satz gewechselt werden, wenn man dennoch in der App speichert löscht dies die Österreichische UID in den Daten und die Rechnungen werden ohne UID ausgestellt (was steuerrechtlich problematisch ist) - die automatische Rechnungs-Belegs-Erkennung funktioniert nur sporadisch/hat keinen fixen Automatismus - das wurde mir damals vom Support auch so bestätigt - die App war über Monate unbrauchbar - es konnten nur noch Belege gescannt werden, man bekam jedoch sonst keine Informationen/Daten aus der App - Software ist buggy (es kann plötzlich keine Teilrechnung in einem Angebot erstellt werden, nur eine Schlussrechnung) - Support widerspricht sich selbst diametral in aufeinanderfolgenden Mails und belügt einen offensichtlich, nur um die fehlerhafte Funktionalität der Software zu rechtfertigen und Tickets zu schließen

I started using sevdesk 6 months ago and it really helped me get more control over my bookkeeping. Before I had a lot of Excel files, now everything is organized and simple. It makes accounting less stressful, and I feel more professional when sending invoices. For me as a self-employed person, it’s a good fit.

Pros

It is very easy to use and saves me a lot of time. I can create invoices fast, connect my bank, and keep everything in one place. I like that I can log in from anywhere and don’t have to worry about backups.

Cons

The mobile app works, but it has only basic functionality. I prefer the desktop version over the mobile app.

sevdesk bietet viele praktische Funktionen für Selbstständige und kleine Unternehmen (Rechnungen, Bankanbindung, Mobile-App, Belegerfassung) und ist preislich attraktiv.

es treten öfters Bugs auf, die wiederkehrende Rechnungen oder Kontakte selbstständig und ungewollt kopieren

Finger weg für echte Buchhaltung – nur schöne Oberfläche, für Angebots/Rechnungsprozess aber keine Substanz.

Pros

Ich habe sevDesk rund 1,5 Jahre genutzt – als Gründer mit kleinem Nebengewerbe und eigentlich eher geringen Anforderungen. Die Oberfläche wirkt modern, die Nutzung ist einfach, und der Workflow von Angebot bis Rechnung ist angenehm. Dafür ein Punkt.

Cons

sevDesk ist definitiv keine Buchhaltungssoftware im professionellen Sinne – obwohl es auf der Website genau so beworben wird. Was fehlt (und vom Support sogar bestätigt wurde. Kein Z3-Export nach GoBD, keine verlässliche Verknüpfung von Belegen und Buchungen, bankbezogenen Zahlungsdaten, auch kann man die Nutzung der Buchungskonten im SKR nicht richtig einsehen. -> Kein GoBD-konformer Datenexport Wenn man am Ende doch alles manuell nacharbeiten muss oder in andere Tools (wie BuchhaltungsButler, Lexoffice, etc.) wechselt, ist das weder zeitsparend noch zuverlässig. Ich habe gewechselt – und wünsche mir, ich hätte es früher getan. sevDesk ist eine Rechnungsschreib-App, aber keine echte Buchhaltungssoftware. Die Werbung grenzt an Irreführung. Vorsicht für alle, die wirklich auf GoBD-Sicherheit angewiesen sind!

Freude lernt man, wenn etwas fragt zu helfen oder kündigt! So auch hier. Ich kenne keine solche Firma, die so viele Mahnungen erstellt auf Zahlungen der Zukunft (ABO-Abbruch).

Pros

eigentlich ein einfaches Buchhaltungsprogramm. Und doch würde ich abraten, weil die Geschäftsleitung wie der Support nicht kooperativ sind im Falle des 2 Jahres ABO, mit Zahlung im voraus. !!! Buchhaltterrisch wohl falsch, die Kosten des Zukunsftsjahr im aktuellen.

Cons

Es zeigt, dass die Firma wohl wenig Vertrauen in Kundenbindung sieht, eher eine Software ist als ABO-Falle. Willst Du das ABO vorzeitig Beenden, dann kommt eine kalte Schulter entgegen. Da stimmt etwas nicht? Keiner macht heute eine ABO-Falle auf 2Jahre wie hier, sondern nach 2 Jahren kann man monatlich kündigen (was nichts mit dem Rabbat zu tun hat) Die meisten gefragten Steuerberater raten eher zu Lexoffice.

Überhaupt Garnichts!!!!!!!! Diese Firma ist absolut Kundenunfreundlich!

Cons

Mangelnde Kommunikation, Ständig werden neue Tickets eröffnet. Probleme werden nicht ernst genommen, es wird verzögert, bis die Probezeit und Kündigungsfrist abgelaufen ist. Kann das Programm nicht brauchen und bin somit über 285,- los ohne Gegenleistung!

Cons

\- Despite the availability of English as UI language, some parts of the interface remain in German - No multi-mandate: accounting for several entities (in a group/holding company context) requires separate, unconnected, licenses - Occasional bugs and parts of the product showing internal errors

Sehr gutes Tool für Selbständige um die Buchhaltung "easy" zu erledigen. Auch Nichtbuchhalter können damit leicht arbeiten und die steuerlichen Anforderungen erfüllen.

Pros

Sehr einfache Handhabung - für mich ist die Kostenstellenfunktion ein enormer Vorteil, denn damit kann ich meine zwei Geschäftsbereiche einfach abgrenzen. Ich kann eine Gesamtauswertung über alle Bereiche ziehen, aber auch Einzel-Auswertungen für jeden meiner Tätigkeitsbereiche machen.

Cons

Uff, eigentlich bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Sevdesk - evtl. ich würde mir wünschen, wenn das System mal z.B. den Namen des Lieferanten nicht erkennt, dass ich dann mit der Maus den Text vom Beleg markieren kann und das System den markierte Text übernimmt.
