I appreciate that Shiphero is obviously built by people who actually understand fulfillment and how to streamline workflow, both in the warehouse and front office. **Pros:** How operationally thoughtful it is. Pick/pack workflows, inventory controls, and automation rules have made a huge difference in our business. It's user-friendly and up-to-date and allows our clients to manage and update their workflow (POs, orders, returns, etc.) without us having to do it for them. **Cons:** Onboarding was a little difficult for our company as it was so different than the previous archaic platform we were using, and included a lot of information at once. However, once properly configured, it's been great for the most part. I will say Shiphero's one drawback is wholesale.
