It's a must-have for any private lender looking to scale and stay efficient. Pros What I like most about LendingWise is how much time it saves me as a private lender. The full and quick app webforms make loan submissions fast and easy. The automated document collection and instant doc generation with e-sign capabilities are a huge plus, helping me close loans much faster. The real-time dashboard and custom pipeline views give me total visibility into every deal. Plus, their support team is top-notch—Miguel Feal has been incredibly helpful with tech support, and Sid Pande provided excellent training that made onboarding smooth. It allows me to easily set up new deals, generate all the necessary documents, and share a link directly with the borrower or broker. LendingWise also helps me keep track of loan details, including the draw schedule and overall status. Pros I use it every single day, and the ability to select a loan product and have all the necessary documents automatically generated makes the loan process much more efficient. It also builds trust with my borrowers, as they can securely upload their personal information through the system instead of sending sensitive files over email. Cons One thing I find frustrating is how slow the system can be when updating files. For example, if I need to change the file location for multiple documents—like remapping three bank statements to the correct category—once I update one, the entire page refreshes.
