It has been great. The staff helped us from the beginning to build what made the most sense for our team and has helped us refine it where needed.

Pros

The support from iMS staff as well as the user-friendly layout of the design.

Cons

I would like to be able to change the permit type when someone applies versus having to make them reapply under the correct type.

Excellent, the service is of the highest quality and the system is easy to work with, fast, and reliable.

Pros

From the information technology perspective, the general ease of use for the system is a great benefit to me. The system is very reliable, the overall design is easy to understand, and updating is nearly a push of a button. There are strong audit trails built in and emulation modes for the different user types to see what they would see making designing or troubleshooting faster. Reporting is great, there are many built-in and new reports can be made quickly to collect and organize any metrics we want to capture. As well the system has a lot flexibility that has allowed us to make low level customizations to suit our particular needs. The service at all levels from iMS has been fantastic. From building any new feature we may request, creating new or tuning existing process, or providing expert advice. Of course on the system but also for our particular business domain.

Cons

I cannot think of any complaints I would have about the system.

Outstanding experience. iMS staff from the \[sensitive content hidden\] of the company to the employee base, support the customer's design needs and work flow. Customer service is beyond reproach.

Pros

iMS Corporate level service exceeds industry standards in all aspects of design and integration. They build a custom suite based on agency requirements and work flow. As a government agency, dealing with building permits, land use permits/projects and code compliance, their suite was customized from the baseline requirements with scalability for future business and progressive changes. Customer service response has been unequalled by any other vendor in my 38 years in dealing with various support applications.

Cons

Normally, I can address this. However, due to the smooth operation of the iMS application, decisive response to customer demands and service, I cannot readily identify any major deficiency.
