ShipBob is a great platform for anyone looking to have their products fulfilled properly and on time. Their customer support team is amazing. Everyone I have ever spoken with...and I mean everyone...is knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly, thoroughly engaged with your issue. The ShipBob support team (aka Merchant Care) is outstanding as is the rest of the organization.

Pros

Easy to use. The software seems to do its job.

Cons

I couldn't really identify any "cons" so to speak.
