"horrible service"

**Overall:** HORRIBLE, i am taking the time to alert any other potential customers that this company is to avoid at all costs. Just google their reviews.

**Pros:** how they worked 6 years ago. at the beginning it was alright, they were doing fine despite the platform has always been terrible

**Cons:** everything that happened in the past years. EXPENSIVE SHIPPING CONTINUOSLY CHANGING WAREHOUSES WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPENSIVE MISTAKES EVERYWHERE

"The worst fulfillment company of all time. "

**Overall:** Literally the worst fullfillment company of all time. Slow. Expensive. This will kill your small business. late orders , no contact with the warehouses they run. They rely on slack messages and literally can not call the warehouse if something goes wrong. Just a broken shell of a company that will be chewed up and spit out with the times. so will your business if you choose them. Trust me look elsewhere.

**Pros:** interface works, but its a front they cant even contact the warehouses they use for days.

**Cons:** Horrible shipping times, Extremely expensive , will overcharge fees and no way to know what they are for, terrible , enemy of your business, look elsewhere TRUST ME.
