With Iconosquare, I get all my advanced analytics in one place and I get the whole picture that only looking at Instagram won't give me. When making content decisions, I'm grateful to have Iconosquare in my corner, enabling me to make better strategic choices.

Cons

I like iconosquare and don't have anything bad to say. I'm excited to add more platforms to get more analytics.

Good product as accurate as other products which I have used in the past so I would definitely recommend.

Pros

As a freelance Social Media Manager, I use Iconosquare to measure performance on my clients' acccount. I have used other (more expensive) tools and I have not found them more helpful or better than Iconosquare.

Cons

the navigation could be improved because I always struggle a little bit to find what I am looking for. I also don't like the fact that you need a FB page to log into an IG one.

Really good, I stopped using it for a little while when I got more into posting reels, I am going to give it another go.

Pros

Scheduling and being able to see analytics of competitors is really helpful, I also like that I can download reports.

Cons

Sometimes things didn't post on Facebook or I had to post things separately. Probably my own error but have found it to be a bit clunky.

So far, so good. It's been very helpful with Instagram especially. The dashboard is easy to customize, so you see exactly what you want to see.

Pros

It's so helpful with Instagram, who only shows you 30 days of data. It allows you to see your growth in realtime - allowing you to understand what you are doing right and where you can improve.

Cons

It often has trouble staying connected to your social media accounts. You have to reconfirm the connection many times.

I enjoy Iconosquare for the analytics. It's so convenient to view all of our social media trends and growth in one place, across every platform.

Cons

In general, I prefer to schedule posts within each social media platform. It may be that I'm more used to the set-up and flow, but it's more complicated to post within Iconosquare, in my opinion.

It has been incredibly pleasant, my team members and I rely on it fully to review our insights. The automated monthly reports are super useful! Would recommend to other professionals in the field

Pros

The user-friendlyness of the platform! Everything is very intuitive, the visualization helps a lot to understand the important insights for your brand, and it helps you maximize the potential of your assets. Also, everytime I have encountered a problem their customer support hasn't only been incredibly effective but also super kind!

Cons

What I like the least is something that is not directly the fault of the platform but of the social media insight system: the fact that we can't add personal LinkedIn pages or platforms like X limits the amount of data we would like to get access to.

Overall a good, easy-to-understand platform for anyone needing to work in larger teams and multiple accounts. Downfalls come when more advanced native app features (such as Instagram polls, audio adds, etc.) are involved.

Pros

Easy to schedule content, providing most of the features needed by social media professionals on a day-to-day basis. Easy interface to understand.

Cons

Inconsistent metrics from platforms like Instagram, infrequent but notable scheduling failures from the platform, and limitations to full features (eg, adding audio, polls, etc.) to content to increase reach.

I love the layout of this platform, how easy and effective it is to organize media and social campaigns, and the overall user experience.

Overall it is a great start for social media management, but it is limited, and could use more AI integration.

Pros

Easy user interface, no need for professional social media management knowledge. Easy post scheduling and very useful feed preview.

Cons

Even with the scale plan, some features are still missing. Some insights are also missing. AI inspiration should be for the content of the post, not only ideas and caption.
