Ich bin sehr froh dass wir es haben. Den Mitarbeitern macht die Bedienung Spaß und Back Office und HR werden entlastet

Pros

Es sieht toll und modern aus einfach zu bedienen alle notwendigen Features enthalten

Cons

es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die man nicht machen kann (zB stundenweise Abwesenheiten) System läuft nicht immer stabil (aber soweit ich weiß, wird daran gearbeitet)

Pros

Kenjo is a easy to use tool with a lot of great automation features. The support team is great and they also improve the system constantly.

Cons

Some features could be better when you would have an easy way to customize them to your companies needs.

It takes some time to get used to the tool and set everything up. However, the customer support and documentation are great.

Pros

Abgesehen vom reinen Verwalten der Daten und Dokumente - was natürlich Gold wert ist - bin ich ein Riesenfan der Workflows mit denen nahezu jeder Schritt des HR Betriebs automatisiert werden kann.

Cons

Die Integration mit unserem Steuerberater war doch mit mehr manuellem Aufwand verbunden als gedacht, außerdem waren wir davon ausgegangen, dass Kenjo mehr Arbeit in diesem Bereich übernimmt.
