Love it. Like, when I tell you I think this is the best management system on the market, I think that is objectively true. I spend a lot of time talking about systems and processes with other training business owners locally and globally, and this is the best one I have found.

Pros

System features and customer service. The system integrates so much of what I need it to do as a dog trainer. It's the most comprehensive system I have found; able to book, remind, invoice, and send notes. The customer service/it team (Looking at you \[sensitive content hidden\]), has been so amazing this summer. They have added, features and made changes in ways I thought would not even be possible given the complexity of my requests. This system is about as close to perfect at this point as I can imagine.

Cons

The check in feature and the notes. I invoice in advance of client attendance as a dog trainer, making the check in feature a hassle since it generates an invoice. The notes feature under daily bookings is nice, but I haven't found a place I can view all the notes in one place. Looking under the specific day doesn't work for me, and necessitated a separate note keeping 'system'.

I actually looked at dozens as recommended by colleagues abroad. I chose PawsAdmin because it was a Calgary based business (where I live), and because the Manager at Pawsitively Pooched encouraged me to look at it. Said it was set up super well, thoughtfully designed, and that open to system changes/improvements as needed.

The whole experience and dealing with these guys has been amazing. We wish that we had found them much earlier.

Pros

The client support has been above and beyond, they are constantly tweaking the system for our needs. They are very prompt with any reply or changes. We have trialed a few programs but nothing touches the service from this team.

Cons

To be honest, nothing. Everything has been great. The only drama with changing software packages is us getting our heads around a new system, but they are always there to help.

Pros

100% recommend Pawsadmin for your… I 100% recommend Pawsadmin for your online grooming program. The customer care has been so easy and great to work with, especially Sarah who has helped me out a ton. She has taken in m suggestions and made this program work to my needs. And they are always looking to make it even better. Will always be a loyal customer due to how they treat their customers.

Cons

I do find sometimes my customers can pick the same appointment slot while doing online booking. I wish in the monthly calendar, you could choose which month you would like to see and color coded to see what groomers have the appointments available.

A huge improvement in customer service from the software I switched from.

Pros

The customer service is truly fabulous. They have made several updates I have asked for or suggested. These changes have all been done very quickly.. Communication is incredible. The software takes a bit if learning like any other. The difference is the support and quick answers to your questions.

Cons

Every time I request a change it has been looked into and completed for me. I am currently waiting for another rewuest and I suspect it will be done soon. They have never disappointed me.

Easy to run our business seamlessly. The owners work with us on developing new tools for what we need and are very attentive to any issues that may come up.

Pros

All the necessary information easily accessible on the fly really helps during busy days. Marketing features allows us to stay in touch with everyone as we decide. The owners are also very open to new ideas about developing the system to work best for everyone.
