Overall this product has been great for our company. OfficeTools integrates with popular tax software, improving data flow and reducing manual entry, which helps mitigate errors.

Pros

OfficeTools software offers a range of benefits tailored to accounting and tax professionals, making it a comprehensive practice management solution. It consolidates client information, documents, billing, and workflow into a single platform, reducing the need for multiple software tools.

Cons

The only con about this product is the cost. The cost of implementation, training, and ongoing subscription fees may add up, especially for businesses that don't need all of the features.

used for over 10 years. product is not supported by abacus (or caret). if you have a question or problem, you get foreign tech support you cannot understand. now, 90% of the time they tell you it is a training issue!

Pros

all in one crm that linked with lacerte tax software.

Cons

support! functions offered when purchased are no longer supported. lacerte link, crexendo (voip) link. link with microsoft exchange is only work sometimes. their merchant services are terrible. document management is terrible. portal is a joke.

Pros

It indexed documents and had some integration with Lacerte, the tax prep product we were using.

Cons

The contract is very one sided. Watch out!! You can only cancel during certain renewal periods and it automatically renews, even at higher prices. These people are stealing! And they think they are clever by writing such a bad contract. Everyone should know to stay away from these kinds of bad business people. They display a complete lack of integrity.
