After five minutes of logging in for the first time, our secretaries went to work with ease of use. The seamless, secondary storage integration method, using Dropbox, allows our attorneys to have access for their trial delivery software. By far, the most efficient and effective software that we have ever used. Cons We haven’t found anything that we don’t like to date. Cons I am still learning how to access the value numbers on the case and where it shows in an easily accessible form the amount of medical bills or other outstanding expenses. Pros I love the texting feature, it makes contacting clients very convenient. I also love the mobile app, it makes accessing files and contacting client on the go a lot easier. We’re handling more cases without adding more staff, just because everything is more efficient now. Intake to settlement feels more connected, and the ability to track offers, settlements, and expenses across multiple plaintiffs is a huge plus. The support team has also been great any time we've had questions. It's not a perfect platform, but for personal injury law, it comes very close. Pros What I liked most about CloudLex is how tailored it feels for personal injury law firms. The Matter Manager keeps everything organized in one place, and the integration with Microsoft 365 is incredibly smooth. I can edit Word and Excel files right inside the platform and know that everyone on my team is seeing the latest version. The AI-powered intake and document automation save a ton of time, especially when dealing with repetitive tasks like generating legal documents or sorting through medical records. Cons The interface, while functional, could be a bit more modern in design. It’s not hard to use, but some parts feel slightly outdated visually. With CloudLex we are able to effectively communicate with clients, track all deadlines and ensure that everything we need for the file is in one place. The best part of the platform is how easy to use and intuitive it is. Our staff doesn't have to spend time figuring out how to program or customize things, it's simple and lets them get their work done. We can't say enough good things about the level of support CloudLex provides. Whenever we need our staff can email or call and get the assistance they need. Once we have an intake function and the fields are populated, it will make this software much more useful and easy to use. Also, no quickbooks functionality.
