Overall we have been super happy with RoverPass. They are always happy to help with something I can not figure out, and they listen to our needs.

Pros

RoverPass has given us an online presence making it easier for our campers to find us.

Cons

We are a city-owned RV park and there have been some features that we need that RoverPass does not offer.

Now that we have trained and used it a couple of months, we are happy with it. The initial start up was a little frustrating, as there seem to be too many steps for certain things we need to do within the system. IE: the setup of a long-term reservation that is not arriving on the 1st of a month, we have start the reservation for the 1st of the next month, then change the arrival date to the correct one.

Pros

\-The ease of collecting payments through an online portal. -The customer service is top notch. Any issue we've had was addressed and fixed promptly.

Cons

\-We need to accept split payments, as some customers pay partial payments or with more than 1 type of payment. (For example, a current guest has paid us a partial of his due amount, but still owes a balance. We cannot put his payment in the system and that throws our reports off.) -The payment transfer and payout schedules are confusing and difficult.

I would 100% recommend using RoverPass for your booking needs.

Pros

I love working with RoverPass. Their customer service is outstanding and the software itself is very user friendly.

Cons

There are a few things that I would love to see and a few that I will not mention because I know that they are in the works. I would like to see the option to use promo codes available and I would also love for customers to be able to book multiple campsites in one transaction.

It is perfect in every way with a call center agent who is always willing to answer questions and be able to enjoy a safe camp

Pros

It is the best way to book a camp where safety is the priority and their equipment is new, can be used well and does not fail, it is a platform that offers the opportunity to have this type of activities in a simpler way to manage, I have been able to enjoy a good camp without inconveniences

Cons

There are no problems in its management and nothing bad has ever happened to me to tell

Love it. Customers always say how easy it is to book compared to the local state parks site.

Pros

I can pull up my map and calendar on my phone when cruising the park to see reservations and get any info I need. I pay an annual fee instead of a % added to each booking. Saves me a bunch.

Cons

They keep making improvements so I've always been happy.

Rover Pass reservation system has helped to boost my during the week reservations, filling my park during times of low activity. I love the fact that I can text/email the reservationists and even talk with them on the one, giving a more personal service. And their 'trouble-shooting' support staff are excellent!

Pros

Rover Pass has boosted my reservations in the time that I have been using it. It reaches across the entire continent and allows campers to find my RV park that live thousands of miles away. It allows them to easily plan their RV trips and know they have a secure reservation. It has been fun to meet and greet so many new campers and the thrill when they book another reservation. I cannot compliment the Rover Pass staff enough for their quick response to any questions I might have and they can solve a problem quickly. In our business, good phone service and prompt help is a delight. I am happy to use Rover Pass as my RV park reservation system.

Cons

Any thing that I thought was a problem was easily resolved with their 'trouble shooting' staff with clear explanation and giving me insight on how to easily trouble shoot certain issues my. Given that, I have had a few bumps that had to do with either not receiving reservations promptly not being able to update calendar, but those were quickly resolved.

Pros

Customer service! When I was researching software, I felt quite strongly RoverPass wanted to excel in customer service. I was right!

Data should be in a data warehouse - I don't like the .csv reports

Not having to answer the phone all the time and or not having to take payment. They can see photos and prices outside of our web site And I would hope that it is giving us advertising.

Pros

There's no fees for us upfront they charge the customer. It's nice to have our customers to be able to book and pay online. It's self explanatory We are able to add and delete pictures ect.

Cons

Nothing we haven't had any problems. Well it took a while to get everything straight and altogether. With the campground, b&b and cabin but that's to be expected.

Pros

The notifications I receive from them and the direct deposit and not having to write them a monthly check.

Cons

Just a couple things on the new system to make it easier to move around and within.

All in all, it has been very good. I'm hoping that with a calendar of availability and more advertising, etc., we will get more reservations through RoverPass.

Pros

It is easy to use and follow reservations

Cons

It has really needed a calendar that the user (both the client and the prospective guest) can utilize. I need to be able to block out dates for cabins and RV sites so that guests will not request those that are taken. I believe that this Monday I will have access to such a calendar. It has been very inconvenient and embarrassing to either try to send emails with blocked out dates or to reject customers based on no availability, but no way to view unavailability from their end.

The staff is great. If a problem occurs on a Friday I have had to wait until Monday to get an answer. Other wise the staff usually tries to get answers asap through emails or phone calls.

It does make reservations easy and has options to facilitate reservations.

My experience has been good. Even though there are features I wish I had, I don't have buyers remorse or wish I had chosen a different platform.

Pros

It is intuitive, easy to use, and the post-onboarding customer service has been great. Representatives are always helpful and kind

Cons

I wish I could understand more how my premium listings drove reservations and got more exposure lacking a few features that I think would be very helpful in my business: \*Individual employee access to reports, specifically Payment Mix and daily report section. \*Ability to tender multiple types of payments for a reservation \*Ability to add a note when blocking a site indicating the reason \*Ability to be able to move flexible/long term/tbd reservations with no regard to past reservations on the new (moving to) site \*Handheld scanner integration for camp store versus having to look up products in the computer \*Auto generated communications to be sent post checkout asking for reviews \*Ability to input multiple gate codes to correspond with reservations for different months

Decent, there have been some good updates but still a lot of room for growth. In calendar function, reports (structure is cumbersome at best and not useful) and some features like texting that don't have guest adoption.

Pros

Customer facing website, monthly invoicing, sending of invoices to guests. Linking to STR sites like Airbnb for block calendar dates.

Cons

Need monthly calendar option, need to be able to text tenants without requiring them to login. No one is going to take the time to log in to read a text message. Would be better with a dedicated App for mobile usage.

Its been a great experience we are are so grateful for the switch from Campspot. The Customer service has been great, the setup, the platform is super easy to navigate. I absolutely love RoverPass and wish I would have started out with it years ago.

Pros

Customer Service has been amazing making the set up process that much easier. The on-boarding was fast and easy with us up and running in less than a week.

Cons

I haven't found anything that I dislike this far. Its really made things that much easier for us and the park operations.
