Cons

Doesnt integrate with Linkedin Recruiting so I needed a separate account.

Great experience, it is very easy to use and I am able to move candidates through the process very quickly. Being able to search the database quickly is very helpful as well.

Pros

The ease of moving candidates around from sourced, interview, feedback, etc.

Cons

I cant think of anything for this one but it wont turn green unless I type 40 letters.

The customer service and responsiveness of their staff is second to none. Their AI functionality is sharp. The home grown phone system could use a little work.

Pros

Loxo provides the user with a clean interface that closely resembles the look of LinkedIN recruiter. The drop and drop features are extremely easy to use.

Cons

The integrations with outside phone software was a big drawback along with what felt to be old data in the Loxo Source module.

Would not recommend this system - I feel you could get a better system for a comparable price.

Pros

It's local (Colorado), the support is good so when I have questions they are available - but that seems to be often :)

Cons

Not intuitive, no reporting, not easily searchable. It's hard to move candidates through the system and not easy to leave comments for others to see.
