Some areas to improve: sourcing is at least 2 years old so not helpful and when you add someone from another source loxo does not add their most recent role. Great things: call and text through their service and customer service. Pros I like the search for contact info. It allows us to move outside of focusing on one business social media platform. " July 24, 2017 5.0 You are able to keep track of candidates progress, who is working with which candidate and easy to search. Pros I like that the customer service support is very responsive and helpful. I am able to add and take away notes, number and emails very easily. I also like how everything is documented properly so co-workers are stepping over each other. Cons When using a mail merge, it makes it very difficult to keep organized with this feature. Loxo Connect does not find mobile numbers, which creates a compounding problem since Loxo Calling records activity for all contacts with the a corporate number. They are very different. I was cleaning up profiles from poor parcing every night for 1-2 hours. It didn't pull in LI profiles either. Not easy. I only had it for about 3 months. Pros Very easy to integrate candidates from LinkedIn to Loxo and easy to navigate the system as a whole. I like how detailed oriented the notes in the system are. Their AI functionality is sharp. The home grown phone system could use a little work. Pros Loxo provides the user with a clean interface that closely resembles the look of LinkedIN recruiter. The drop and drop features are extremely easy to use. Cons The integrations with outside phone software was a big drawback along with what felt to be old data in the Loxo Source module.
