I love that I can reach out to customer service with suggestions and genuinely feel like they're being taken into consideration! It's so nice to use a platform that welcomes feedback and is always evolving to meet their user's needs. Ease of use. Really like the searchability and the drag and drop. The Outlook extension was a nice add, as well as the Forms builder. Text feature is nice. The Chrome extension is probably my favorite feature. Cons Lacks integration with other tools, which sometimes requires a duplication of effort on our part. Some data was not easily exported when we needed to export to other tools. The mobile UI could use some work. Review Source ST Scott T. I'm happy I waited for recruit-tech to catch up and for the most part I believe it has. Use Loxo as the new standard and decide from there. Pros Loxo is really pushing the boundaries for the benefit of the search industry as a whole and in my opinion it's long overdue. The UI is simple, attractive and easy to use and the functionality puts an emphasis on quick inputs, workflows and effective sales execution which makes it ideal for any agency recruiter. It's free to try the CRM and ATS so a no brainer. I was hooked. Cons Some of the outreach and source features leave room for improvement but they are very new and still being built out but there is more then enough there to get started so I'm glad they didn't wait to release what they have. Loxo's ability to search, read, and transfer data from LinkedIn is a highly valued feature. Loxo helps keep my team organized and has strong workflows set up to help you provide transparency to your clients and collaborate. Pros I appreciate the way to parse resumes, however sometimes it does not catch duplicates because the system is so specific. Cons The system is very glitchy on days. And searching within loxo hasn't been figured out yet. it is very specific which allows for a lot of duplicate candidates and people not being pulled on certain searches when they should be. The ability to customize some features specific to our day to day operations is fantastic. The Loxo connect tool is great. Looking forward to getting more hits. Cons I think the Business Development tools can be improved. Since we recruit and do BD on a daily basis, we look forward to providing input to improve the BD sourcing and pipeline tools. July 20, 2017 5.0 We get improved, consistent team communication. We get more exposure on our searches with the organic aggregator feeds to Indeed, SimplyHired & Glassdoor. Pros The value and the ability to index out our jobs to job aggregators at no additional charge (organic feed). Cons It can be difficult to search for what you want. There are some ticks with it that I have given feedback on. However, the Customer Support is superb! Also their willingness to make frequent improvement and changes is spot on! It is better used as a stand alone ATS. If you need CRM capabilities, it's not there yet. I would recommend seeing if it's right for you. Loxo has some point and click services that are included in their package that competitors charge much more for. For the price point, Loxo is a great product that keeps developing into a stronger platform with more options for users. Cons Importing large amounts of data after initial upload can be slow due to current data transfer limitations per file upload. They do care about us (their customers) and are always willing to understand our needs. Pros The most important thing, that convinced me to choose Loxo as our ATS system is the ability to collaborate with external partners when we support them in recruitment processes. Now, I can show my clients what the pipeline looks like, store their feedback and assessments, and track the same candidate in more than one process at the same time :) Cons The job listing page does not have filters, making it less convenient for our candidates. I also like the way I can quickly see where candidates are in the recruiting process on the jobs screen Cons Just a couple minor ease of use/efficiency items \*Inability to update candidate workflow while in the people view \*Would like to see most recent update in people view \*Call list - would like to see what job person is matched to \*Adding candidates from Loxo, add a 2nd Add to button at the bottom of the window, vs having to scroll down for the job and then back up to the top to add \*When entering data in people record, you enter on the left hand side of screen (ie, like adding email address), but then have to go to the right to click save. \*Need a field and report for Source. This is a huge asset in determining the most successful avenues for understanding which sources are most effective.
