Easy setup and easy to modify vacation rental units 5. All calendars in sync no double booking 6. Payments received before or on check in by customer 7. Customer sees Holidu as the renter on the platform and sees thousand of rental units and very good reviews so is more trusting and more confident to book. 8. Holidu customer service Cons Customer service needs to be available Saturday’s and Sundays - there are no weekends during the season !! Pros Holidu mit der Selbstbucherplattform helfen beim Onboarden, machen Werbung auf vielen Plattformen, kümmert sich um die Abrechnung mit dem Gast und setzen Kundenwünsche zeitnah um. Cons Wir haben DTS Sterne, leider werden sie nicht angezeigt. Manche Anfragen, wie bitte die Änderung bei den Bildern - wird auch schnell erledigt - aber ohne Rückmeldung, das es erledigt wurde. Multiple connections: before I was just marketing the property on Airbnb and now I have it on multiple channels in multiple languages and I only had to input the information once - all the translations were done for me. Cons It is obviously more expensive than doing it yourself but it takes away the hassle of running it myself, which is worth a lot, AND we rent out the property much more than before! Además de un gestor personal que siempre está muy atenta y atienden a los huéspedes o a mi en caso de que haya algún problema. Gracias! Cons Las comisiones son algo elevadas. Ça m'aurait évité de perdre du temps avec des solutions usine à gaz au prix d'appel alléchant mais bourrées d'options coûteuses dès qu'on veut sortir du lot. Évidement utiliser Bookiply à aussi un coût mais après plusieurs mois d'utilisation ça me parait bien justifié d'autant que j'ai eut droit un shooting pro photo totalement gratuit pour tous mes 5 logements. À tester et recommender sans hésiter ! Pros Je trouve super de pouvoir facilement joindre Maxime de l'agence Bookiply de Rennes. Je m'attendais d'ailleurs pas à ce qu'il vienne chez moi pour m'aider à configurer mes annonces ! Il m'a aussi rassuré sur mes craintes vis à vis de la réservation instantanée et après 5 résa reçues dès la première semaine d'utilisation, je dois dire que je ne regrette pas d'y être passé. Bref, je trouve que Bookiply est vraiment une solution simple efficace et humaine comme on n'en trouve plus beaucoup. Cons Mon seul regret c'est de ne pas en avoir entendu parler avant que je "m'embourbe" avec une autre channel manager.
