We have saved money by having to the minute hours reported through the App. We have also improved upon ensuring staff coverage for our facility- Staff is able to communicate with each other or the Managers via the app if they are unable to fulfill their shift and thereafter find a replacement prior to the shift start. It's a great tool for any size business and a great value compared to the hardwire systems available on the market today.

Pros

The ease of use of the Software makes scheduling Staff a Breeze! Receiving scheduling notifications on ones phone is awesome, as well as communicating with Staff via the App has really streamlined our scheduling confirmation process. The ability to turn rules on and off and customize parameters for punching in and out is also helping us manage our Labor more efficently

Cons

Honestly, there are no Cons that I can think off

The staff are all really quick at responding to any queries, all of our clients and staff are finding the platform easy to use

Pros

I find the platdform extremely easy to use and dinding staff in specific areas works really well for our business. The clock in and out system is working well and ince the staff remembered to do this daily its become a great time saver against using ild timesheets

Cons

On the App staff on occasions struggle to put in their travel expenses/mileage

I like the platform overal. Maybe it would make things easier if we had an option when crew is booked to let everyone know that the shift is filled.

Pros

The event overview is good. Vissualy it looks great.

Cons

Setting up an event takes a lot of steps. Also reviewing real time tracker and planning schedule are not great.

I have been immensely impressed with Ubeya and their support team, they go above and beyond to support my business.

Pros

The setup was made simple by the excellent support team. It allows you to send messages to Clients and Candidates, and you can also use its timesheet function.

Cons

As a recruitment company owner, I have suggested that Ubeya implement an option for contractors to be able to raise an invoice for the work they have completed. I am able to invoice my clients, but this valuable solution would enhance Ubeya as a CRM solution even more.

Whilst there the adjustment from our previous WFM system has been a little difficult. I have found learning how to use Ubeya very easy and the team have been so kind and patient with us. There have been some struggles with the flexibility of it as a WFM system with things such as payrates but Ubeya is definitely a step in the right direction

I like how easy it is to navigate, it is very user friendly and was easy to pick up

I wish there was more flexibility to customise (payrates, job title etc)

My overall experience with Ubeya is 10/10. Ubeya made my job as a staffing manager so much easier in every aspect of my work. The simplicity and efficiency of the system have especially improved my communication with our employees and boosted our team's productivity. To be honest, Ubeya is the best scheduling software I have used.

Pros

The system is amazing and offers you everything you need when it comes to staff scheduling (my department), but what I like most about Ubeya is their team. They are always ready to hear your business needs and they make sure they are being met.

Cons

In the past, I had a few suggestions about things that could be changed, but now I cannot think of any. There's nothing I don't like. But if I had to choose one thing, it would be the business app. It would be great to have a simple way to post orders and schedule staff from a mobile app. I know we can do it from mobile browsers, but it is not so "readable" and you need to be super careful to avoid mistakes. I know that is one of the reasons why the mobile app doesn't offer it, but sometimes it would be helpful when we are not by the computer and need to do it. But I know that both Ubeya's and mine points of view are understandable and cannot hold it against them.

Overall quite good, I have used it daily for over a year now and it has improved considerably since then. Makes my job more efficient

Ease of use for employees booking shifts. All booking/payroll on one platform. Updates are common and user friendly

Cons

Lags quite a lot when a large booking is being used. Very methodical so it is annoying editing agency bookings

I think overall its a great app and once we can do everything on it such as add bookings on the mobile app it will be even better.

Pros

I love how user friendly it is and find the interface very appealing. I think from a candidates perspective it's great to be able to see all information of the shifts.

Cons

What I least like is that you can't add shifts on the Ubeya Business app so if I am on call over the weekends I need to bring my laptop everywhere with me in case I need to add a booking.

My experience with Ubeya, you could say it's good, it hasn't been perfect due to some small problems with the chat that doesn't update or doesn't load information correctly for people, everything has worked great.

Pros

The good thing about ubeya is that it is very customizable, easy to use and has a nice looking interface, shifts or jobs can be published quickly, and people receive notifications almost instantly.

Cons

What I like least about the application is that it does not notify people when they have an appointment on the same day and time with different companies, which has led me to have sudden cancellations. In turn, the chats within the application could be improved more and the interface of the mobile application could be better. It is fine as it is, but it could be improved. The way in which the employees are presented when the client wants to see them could be seen a little better.
