They quickly address all the issues with the product team to launch its implementation. Cons Technical issues. Bugs. It's important to have the app working seamlessly, but it happens on a regular basis that we have to reload it and reenter the info. E.g. Issue with tags - they are not being saved. Pros Ubeya was used to schedule me for particular jobs outside of my regular workplace and it was easy to exchange information with my direct supervisor. Pros As the site ubeya champion, it saves me more time each week populating the shifts and pulling the forecasting reports- this leads me to be able to go back to HODs quicker with their forecasted vs budget, and game days moving staff around. Cons Some of the process can be long when editing multiple shifts. My only issue for me is the check in and check out process out of LARGE game days especially with our chefs. It would be good to be able to amend per shift for the option of clock in and clock out only.
