I've used some version of Yardi (Voyager, CRM, Breeze) at 4 different jobs now. That being said, I have nothing else to compare it to. **Pros:** Ease of use. The user interface is extremely clean and easy to understand. I can run a report for any information I could possibly want about my properties. **Cons:** Two main cons: 1. Slow. Almost daily, for at least part of the day, Yardi is extremely slow - taking several minutes to run reports, upload files, and even load pages. 2. Lack of property-level data. It would be helpful is there was a place on each property's page to save information like the property's taxing authority and parcel number, regular vendors used at that property, etc. One other thing, please don't make me change my password every month or two. This is going to result in me writing the current password on a piece of paper on my desk - defeating the security purpose of a password in the first place. Nicki D. We have to run multiple reports to make sure that Breeze has done what it was supposed to do. **Pros:** The great detail we can get for reports, tenant info, notes etc. **Cons:** The inconsistencies.
