Pros MoEngage offers the functionality of creating segments and user journeys based on event triggers that are directly mapped to the company database. This helps to identify the most realistic targetable segments and also their Reachability across various communication channels. Also, we can get live data from all the communication channels in a consolidated format within the MoEngage panel, which helps to measure campaign performance and goals achievement levels. Cons MoEngage does not allow setting event criteria having periods more than 180 days, and this becomes a problem when we create a segment where we intend to target very old inactive users.
