Overall, I am pleased with my experience. Creo is not the most intuitive software, but once you figure it out, it is usable. The program itself runs very smoothly and easily works with any other software. It also has infinite customization options to help with workflow.

Pros

Its rendering capabilities are by far the best and easiest to use among all of the CAD software. I also like the cable routing application as it makes modeling wire super easy. I also appreciate how it will import any file, regardless of type.

Cons

I use it primarily for sheet metal and have found it somewhat lacking. You are unable to regularly extrude and merge a solid. I just created a new solid while your existing sheetmetal stays the same. This is very frustrating, as sometimes it is easier to just extrude than to use a flat or flange. The other thing is that when you are creating an assembly, there is a design structure based on when you put the part into the assembly. That means there is no way of mating two parts if it has been added after the first part.

The overall experience of using Creo in my day to day professional life is fantastic. It helps me a lot as it has a lot of integrated features like EZ Tolerance Analysis, Creepage and Clearance Analysis, etc.

Pros

The best thing about Creo Parametric is that it provides rich set of features with the complete depth for all of the modules like Sheet Metal, Part Modelling, Assembly, etc.

Cons

Because of having a rich variety of features, it becomes difficult for a new user to learn it easily as compared to other CAD tools like SolidWorks.

Pros

It is incredibly robust and only allows you to design parts properly and very rarely allows failures. This requires a specific workflow but once learned, will mean parts are easier to update going forward without things breaking.

Cons

The restrictive nature of the CAD package and some quirks with its part and body modelling can make it unintuitive and confusing.

Pros

Creo is one of the best known CAD softwares, used by a lot of OEM, it offers a wide range of features for modeling 3D parts, for people with knowledge in this software it got a simple interface

Cons

For someone starting on 3D modeling they will need some training to have a proper feeling on what the software can do, sometimes the software crashes and we lose hours of work.
