Pros

It is so easy to switch the agenda around and to add late items or documents.

Cons

Pros

The ease at which you can see all the meetings that you have and all the paperwork attached

Cons

not as intuitive as I thought to navigate around or search to find documents and also to use as a single hub and allow board members to make changes to docs and excel

If there was a in application feature for spreadsheet based documents it would be perfect

I have used it for two meetings now and it runs very smoothly.

Pros

Easy to navigate and see all documents in one place.

Cons

I do not do anything with the background stuff, but someone has to ensure all voting members are correct. I am not sure of the process, but I have not heard complaints.

It was extremely easy to set up and operate and was the complete answer for our board. It made the whole process of creating a timed agenda with a board pack so easy.

Pros

This is highly intuitive and simple software that is very powerful (if you want to take full advantage of all features)

Cons

It doesn't appear to permit requiring MFA for all users so there is a security risk if board members are kax.

A refreshing change for our committees which makes for a better meeting experience.

Pros

It is very easy to navigate compared to our usual system. All documents are in the one place and meeting planner clearly visible. Love the format of the agenda doc, ie hyperlink to the relevant document and then back arrow to the main agenda. Also everyone could use it first time, so very user friendly.

Cons

I wanted to make my own highlights and notes in preparation for the meeting but the BoardPro Notes version meant the notes were visible to everyone.

Satisfied. Maintains a perfect log for audit purposes and showcases / ensures boards are performing controls as intended to.

Pros

Ease of use, ability to have all documents stored in one place. Best is maintaining a digital log/trace that can be referred to at any convenient time.

Cons

I use my login for audit purposes - to review board packs and when i have to go early on in the year I have no manually go scrolling. Would be really handy if there was an ability to personalise dashboard for the user, or perhaps add a calendar on the side with a coloured circle on meeting dates just to make it quicker to scroll through.
