It has made for a simpler, more efficient flow of information and meeting management. Cons Nothing specifically. Adoption by the whole board has gone relatively well, despite the typical demographic wariness regarding 'technology'. One is an older more established charity; the other more in a start up phase and BoardPro has served both organisations really well. My experience has been so good, I'm trying to get a third onto the platform. Fingers crossed! I've used two other platforms and BoardPro is definitely my preference. Pros Meeting management and sharing of documents is simple. It's super easy to use - even for novices. My colleagues think similarly and it seems to find a fit even cross very diverse organisations at different maturity stages. Truly intuitive. Cons Sometimes making notes is a bit clunky but I think the clunkiness is more with me than BoardPro and it really hasn't caused too much grief. I have used other governance systems and this one is at the top. Pros For me, it comes down ease of use. Its easy to navigate, intuitive and great for what I need. The packs, minites, actions lists are all available at the click of a button. Cons I am yet to find something I dont like about it. The minute taking process is also very good, easy to produce and then easy to confirm in the next meeting pack. Pros Easy to use, easy to load up papers and share information with Board members. Well structured to identify decisions, noting, etc and easy to attach papers. Cons Having to move between agenda and board pack in the checking phase. When I've finished a draft version of the pack being able to download and review the entire pack is not entirely intuitive. Pros It is efficient and ensure all members to a meeting are informed on changes in the agenda and the meeting pack by a simple click of the publish button. Cons There is nothing that I don't like. The platform is great. Maybe you can add a video conferencing software like MS Teams to be able to join remotely or record a meeting. It is so easy to use, streamlined, and a huge time-saver. I honestly wish we had started years ago. Totally recommend it! Pros 1\. So easy to use! The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, which made it simple for us to get started without a steep learning curve. 2. Built-in reminders ensure nothing gets missed, helping me stay organised and on track. 3. Post-meeting follow-ups are straightforward, with clear options for assigning tasks and tracking progress. Cons The only Con that I can think of is that there is no Built-In Chat Feature The platform lacks a chat functionality, which means board correspondence cannot be centralised within the tool.
