Pros It has an easy to use online interface. All the key graphics editing options are easy to find and apply. The user interface is clean and after using it for a while, creating new graphics for social media or for websites can be done within minutes. Cons Having used this software for more than 2 years there were initially constraints with the amount of high quality stock images, icons, templates and vector graphics available in the library, but over the years new content is regulary added and the library is updated. I almost can find whatever assets i need within minutes. I have been with them since they were called Share As Image, which they probably wish we would all forget. Now, that Namecheap has bought them, I was worried that they might lose features or disappear altogether. Fortunately, they have improved, with even more features and great pricing. Pros I love the ease of use and how easy it is to quickly find and format an image that meets my needs. It works better for me than many much higher-priced image finding tools. Cons I wish I could set the compressed image setting when downloading to be always on by default. If I need to create something quick I always come to Stencil. It has access to a lots of images and icons and changing the basic settings is extremely easy. Cons It could have more features, and specially a deep integration with other programs to be able to distribute the images created to your social networks. For me it did not work as a stand alone image editing solution but I do use the free version for advertising. Pros The nice thing about stencil is that there are no royalties, use your creations for anything you'd like worry free. Quite a few high res stock photos to choose from and good editing tools. Custom size your image and save it to be used again, or choose from thr preset library. Upload your own faunts. Stencil has three plans, free, pro, and unlimited. Cons It's a bit overpriced. Not all of the tools or icons/graphic types im used to having are there. If there is an app available I was never able to find it. On my phone the web version keeps asking me to change to landscape mode, won't function if I don't. I never use landscape mode for anything including image editing. I use it to create social media posts. I would like more pro features to be added since it has a paid version. Pros I enjoy how simple it is to use this software, perfect for those not used to graphic design software. There are a lot of images available to use and they help me create gorgeous social media posts. I can resize my images easily to fit any situation and download them with multiple size options. Cons Stencil is lacking in tools and features. It's not a pro software but still a very good place to start.
