Positive, Cons are more lack of skill from us! It is a great system and I would recommend to other businesses!

Pros

VoucherCart is easy to use, if customers have misplaced or lost vouchers the back office system is very good to navigate for solving this issue. Being able to customise our vouchers to our company has increased the sales significantly. The reporting features are great for managing our inventory. Great customer support and value for money.

Cons

Sometimes difficulty with redeem-ability settings, we have also struggled integrating with our restaurant POS. However this might be and issue from their end not yours.

I am very happy with the platform - it’s easy to use, provides access to all the analytics, and the main benefit is the customer support. All my questions were answered and I had a great experience dealing with the team.

Pros

Excellent customer support! Host webinars to help users make the most of the platform’s features and boost sales. Opportunity to customize offers and page for different holidays, like Valentine's or Mather's Day. Our sales grew by over 20% last year. Attend all webinars, even if the time difference is challenging.

Cons

The only thing is the time difference, so it may take a little while to get a reply, but we are in New Zealand, so absolutely understandable and not an issue at all.

From the initial implementation to daily use, the platform has proven to be a valuable addition to our tech stack, seamlessly integrating with Mews PMS and enhancing the guest journey. The VoucherCart team has been incredibly supportive, ensuring a smooth setup process. The software itself is intuitive and easy to use, providing greater flexibility in how we manage and distribute vouchers. While we’re still exploring its full potential and possible challenges, we’re already seeing operational benefits and enhanced guest experiences.

Pros

We recently implemented VoucherCart at Open Sky Resort, integrating it with our PMS, Mews. It has dramatically improved the flexibility of our guest journey. The VoucherCart team has been fantastic to work with, ensuring a smooth implementation and setting us up for success with their intuitive and user-friendly platform. Even in the early stages, we are already seeing the benefits of adding this to our tech stack, enhancing both guest experiences and operational efficiency. As we continue to explore its full capabilities, we’re excited to discover even more ways to maximize its potential. Highly recommend VoucherCart for any hospitality business looking for a streamlined and guest-friendly voucher solution!

Cons

The backend integration with Mews works well most of the time, but one improvement I’d love to see is a confirmation feature for profile selection when sending a voucher. This would help avoid uncertainty and ensure it is always applied to the correct guest.

very easy to use and navigate in the back end. this is the most important aspect, making training other very easy.

Pros

Like how easily a voucher can be created and that private links can be issued, allowing unique vouchers available to only select consumers.

Cons

For discount codes, currently you can only share the 'code'. It would be nice to also share a url so that when clicked, it will take you to the sales page with the code already applied. This streamlines the user journey as there will be only one step - click the link. Also the sales page and the backend seems to be a little bit slow to load. Especailly on the sales page, this can affect conversion of sale and user experience.

Overall, set up was very easy from our first demo through creating our first voucher. As with any software, there is a learning curve, but once you are trained on Voucher Cart, it's very easy. You can use Voucher Cart as much or as little as you'd like for your business.

Pros

The customer support is wonderful, and the features are very user friendly. It's not difficult to quickly set up your first voucher.

Cons

The only thing I did not like was the lack of integration with Mews, our PMS, in terms of booking directly through Voucher Cart, but they've just introduced a new feature to remedy this.

We have a great experience with VoucherCart. It boosts our sales and our customers respond really well with the campaigns we run through VoucherCart. The customer service; however, can be slow sometimes.

Pros

It is users friendly and very easy to use for both sellers and customers. They have a lot of features so you can arrange your campaigns easily.

Cons

We cannot track the records when we run our own ads since this is a third party website. Also, since it is not in our main system, our customers cannot redeem the vouchers during their checkout process. They have to give the code to our staff to redeem.

Customer Service is very quick to respond and helpful.

Pros

Very easy and obvious to use even if you have never used it before. Site is also updated regularly with improvements.

Cons

Feel like there could be an option to blacklist customers who have bought vouchers in the past for fraudulent purposes.
