It has updated and adjusted over the years and proves to be as useful now as it ever was in the past! Pros Evite remains the gold standard in online invitations! It is such a trusted brand and I have loved the evolution of this product! With its ability to manage events and event registration, it has become a staple in my arsenal of event tools! Cons NO cons! I have loved seeing the evolution of Evite as it has remained relevant and current in the current online invite landscape! Pros I was happy with the ecard options but that's really it. I found the site glitchy and the fact that they don't have any direct customer service is insane. Cons I paid for premium thinking that it would be worth paying something to get more card choices and get a higher level of service. Boy was I wrong. The site was glitchy and I struggled to make my payment as a consequence and now I'm stuck in an impossible loop where the Evite website won't let me pay for more "sends" but I still have more people I need to invite. And now I've invited most of my friends to my big birthday bash and I can't invite the rest. And the worst part is that I can't get any help from Evite. They don't have a phone number, no one answers when I try to do a chat and only occasionally, if I email multiple times, do I get a reply from customer support. It's a nightmare. It's a cheap and effective way to communicate events to clients, friends, and family! I have no reason to switch to something else. Pros This is the app I always use when I host events. It is so easy to use and get invites out to folks who are attending the events we have. The RSVP system is top notch. Cons Tough to design inside the platform. I usually upload designs from elsewhere to evite since it's easier that way. It's an effective way to communicate to many attendees at one time, and I love the design options they have to choose from. The ability to customize and track RSVPs and comments is also very helpful. Pros Evite is a wonderful event management tool that is easy to use, has a lot of design options, event types, and is an effective communication tool. I like the easy to fill in and customizable details that make each Evite feel authentic! Cons In the free version, there are a few ads that do get in of the way of aesthetic. Though they do not change the details or use of the Evite, they are not removable. Everybody that gets the online invitation from me is able to open it and respond quickly and easily. I haven’t had anyone complain about it, and evite just has really nice templates. Pros I loved that it was free and had lots of invitations to choose from whether it be for birthday parties, holidays, parent teacher, conferences, and school dances. Cons Most of the better invitations are premium and you do have to pay for those, but there are still plenty of free ones, but the nicest are going cost you. It could do better in report generation and in making the setting a bit easier to navigate. Pros Evite is a good option for sending and collecting event RSVPs. It is pretty easy to use on the creation and sending end. The address book feature is helpful in creating groups as well. Cons Evite really lacks in generating reports and doing anything beyond collecting RSVPs. The reports are not very user-friendly or easy to navigate, and there is not an option for checking people in using the system for larger events management.
