Support team is responsive and helpful. An intuitive UI of the software.

Cons

Sometimes, the differences in the formats of the templates and the complexity of accessibility to the clients' courier accounts require new templates to be created.

Ease of Integration. Most carriers supported. Simple Integration API

Cons

ShippyPro used to be a good product priced fairly, which has become completely overpriced since they tripled (yes x3) the price of all their plans on January 1. The few minor features ShippyPro added don't justify a price hike of this magnitude. It's just pure greed.

Setting of rules: it is a bit intricate to get to it and it just make you change rules about carriers.

Mi trovo bene, l’unica cosa sono aumentati i prezzi per le piccole aziende come la mia ma spero possa essere rivisto poiché se si potesse avere un servizio con minimo 100 spedizioni mensili ad un prezzo molto più basso potrebbe far leva anche su quelle piccole realtà che non hanno il budget per minimo 500 spedizioni mensili.

Pros

Il servizio in caso di problemi e’ anbbastanta tempestivo e la piattaforma nuova è sicuramente più performante.

Cons

La nuova interfaccia non è subito intuitiva come la precedente, l’inserimento di alcuni nuovi servizi con BRT FRESH non ancora ben definiti e fruibili. Il minimo 500 spedizioni mensili sono troppe almeno per chi come noi è da poco nel mercato ecommerce.

Prima utilizzavo ShippyPro poi sono passato a Isendu per abbassare i costi ma non mi ero per nulla abituato a quest’ultimo e sono ripassato a ShippyPro ma siccome i prezzi sono raddoppiati non riesco a pagare annualmente ma fino a qua di ce la faccio provo quella mensile.

Esperienza super positiva! Lo consiglio vivamente soprattutto a chi cerca un tool utile per gestire le proprie spedizioni.

Pros

ShippyPro è stata la svolta per la mia azienda. Un'azienda in continua evoluzione così come anche il loro tool per le spedizioni. Aggiungono sempre nuove funzioni alla piattaforma e questo aiuta moltissimo i miei ragazzi nel loro lavoro quotidiano.

Cons

Al momento non ne ho riscontrati. A parte qualche problema avuto con dei corrieri ma non sono stati causati dalla piattaforma.

Pros

Ho testato varie piattaforme, da Isendu, SendCloud, Qaplà fino ad arrivare a ShippyPro. ShippyPro è decisamente la migliore, sia in termini di assistenza che di interfaccia e maturità.

Cons

Il costo al rinnovo è alto rispetto al costo iniziale e per le notifiche WhatsApp viene proposto solo un template predefinito. Questi punti sono decisamente migliorabili e mi aspetto molti altri miglioramenti nei prossimi mesi, anche relativamente alle regole di assegnazione delle scatole.

### "Shippypro, semplice ed efficace"

Piattaforma semplice ed efficace per la gestione delle spedizioni tramite ecommerce o manuali, che consente di tenere aggiornato il cliente sullo stato della spedizione e gestire eventuali problematiche legate alla consegna. Potrebbero migliorare la gestione degli indirizzi dando la possibilità di copiare indirizzo e dati sui colli di spedizioni già effettuate (al momento è possibile solo se si registra il destinatario in rubrica)

Pros

Semplicità di integrazione di diversi corrieri e possibilità di monitoraggio delle spdizioni da un'unica piattaforma

Cons

Occasionalmente si verifica qualche incongruenza nella trasmissione dei dati ai corrieri. Manca la possibilità di copiare una spedizione pregressa per non dover riportare l'indirizzo manualmente. Il campo ricerca delle spedizioni fatte è da migliorare, spesso non trova risultati.

Pros

ShippyPro nos facilita el trabajo día a día, es una aplicación que está siempre a la vanguardia de la tecnología, conectada con muchas empresas de transporte y con diferentes Marketplace. Merece la pena la inversión.

Cons

Me gustaría que fuera más sencillo sacar reportes, tienes que marcar ordenes y exportar a excel, sería bueno poner un boton de informe por fechas de todos los pedidos, algo más sencillo que marcar todos o uno a uno los que requerimos.
