ShippyPro mi piace perché offre tante funzionalità integrate che semplificano la gestione delle spedizioni, automatizzano i processi e fanno risparmiare tempo ogni giorno.

In alcune situazioni la piattaforma può risultare leggermente lenta nel caricamento delle pagine o nell’elaborazione di determinate operazioni.

Flessibilità nell'integrazione dei corrieri, aggiornamenti per migliorare la gestione delle spedizioni, stabilità del servizio

Cons

Ad oggi non sono integrati i corrieri che gestiscono i Pallet, sicuramente integrare anche questi corrieri consentirebbe una gestione a 360'

Usiamo ShippyPro da anni e possiamo confermare che si tratta di un servizio estremamente affidabile per la gestione delle nostre spedizioni. L’interfaccia è intuitiva e consente di confrontare in modo rapido le diverse soluzioni di trasporto, ottimizzando tempi e costi.

Pros

Apprezzabile la trasparenza nelle tariffe. Il servizio di assistenza clienti si distingue per la professionalità nel fornire supporto e chiarimenti.

Cons

Non riscontro alcun aspetto negativo: il servizio è efficiente, affidabile e risponde pienamente alle aspettative.

Mi trovo bene, l’unica cosa sono aumentati i prezzi per le piccole aziende come la mia ma spero possa essere rivisto poiché se si potesse avere un servizio con minimo 100 spedizioni mensili ad un prezzo molto più basso potrebbe far leva anche su quelle piccole realtà che non hanno il budget per minimo 500 spedizioni mensili.

Pros

Il servizio in caso di problemi e’ anbbastanta tempestivo e la piattaforma nuova è sicuramente più performante.

Cons

La nuova interfaccia non è subito intuitiva come la precedente, l’inserimento di alcuni nuovi servizi con BRT FRESH non ancora ben definiti e fruibili. Il minimo 500 spedizioni mensili sono troppe almeno per chi come noi è da poco nel mercato ecommerce.

Prima utilizzavo ShippyPro poi sono passato a Isendu per abbassare i costi ma non mi ero per nulla abituato a quest’ultimo e sono ripassato a ShippyPro ma siccome i prezzi sono raddoppiati non riesco a pagare annualmente ma fino a qua di ce la faccio provo quella mensile.

Esperienza super positiva! Lo consiglio vivamente soprattutto a chi cerca un tool utile per gestire le proprie spedizioni.

Pros

ShippyPro è stata la svolta per la mia azienda. Un'azienda in continua evoluzione così come anche il loro tool per le spedizioni. Aggiungono sempre nuove funzioni alla piattaforma e questo aiuta moltissimo i miei ragazzi nel loro lavoro quotidiano.

Cons

Al momento non ne ho riscontrati. A parte qualche problema avuto con dei corrieri ma non sono stati causati dalla piattaforma.

Semplice da usare, semplifica tantissimo il processo di spedizione, si possono integrare più corrieri, si può monitorare il tracking, ottimo supporto tecnico

Interfaccia pulita e immediata: in pochi minuti colleghi marketplace e corrieri, imposti regole e stampi etichette in bulk. Il confronto tariffe è chiaro, il tracking proattivo riduce ticket al customer care e le automazioni tagliano tempi operativi. Affidabile: nessun down rilevante e sincronizzazione ordini rapida.

Cons

lo usiamo da poco; al momento non abbiamo riscontrato problemi né criticità da segnalare. Ma saremo pronti a suggerire miglioramenti appena noteremo rallentamenti
