Planner 5D is clearly a powerful and polished product that can help both beginners and professionals design spaces. I would definitely consider subscribing, especially if there were more accessible pricing options for users in different regions. Pros The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, even for someone without a design background. I especially liked how quickly I could create a full home layout and visualize it in 3D. The rendering quality and available features show that this is a well-built and professional tool. Cons The main downside for me is the pricing. While I understand the value of the product, the cost is quite high for users in countries with weaker currencies like Egypt. It would be great if Planner 5D could offer regional pricing or more flexible plans for personal users. When redesigning our office space, it made it very convenient to get a visual of the design before construction began. Although we haven't used it much or needed it for many projects, Planner 5D is something we will always come back to when needed. Pros Planner 5D makes it super easy to create custom floor plans and view them in both 2D and 5D. it gives you a great visual of what a room, building, house, office will look like before even starting the physical project. Cons We didn't use Planner 5D long enough to figure out if there were many known cons. It was used for a brief project a few months ago. There is no warning that your auto renew is about to be charged, then when I tried to cancel it the next day, they said it was not possible to get a full refund. Cheating people out of their money is a grrreat business model, I guess! Pros The web version worked fine, I used it for two months last year Cons Didn't like how you had to change materials on every surface. it was really slow and annoying. The app itself is fine for basic floor planning, but not nearly as functional as other alternatives. The real issue is their dishonest billing practices and awful customer support. Even when I followed their instructions exactly, I was still charged for something I canceled. Instead of fixing the issue, they just pushed the responsibility onto someone else. Definitely not worth the hassle when there are better apps out there. Pros The concept is interesting and the sales promise is as well Cons The subscription system is misleading, and cancellations don’t seem to be honored. I canceled my free trial before it ended, yet I was still charged. When I contacted support, they refused to take responsibility and kept blaming their payment provider instead of issuing a refund. Their customer service is completely unhelpful, just copy-pasting the same excuses rather than actually solving the problem. It honestly feels like they’ve designed the system to make it as difficult as possible to cancel and get a refund.
