From integrating our eCommerce sites and B2B portal with our unique back-end processes to managing all aspects of our bookkeeping/accounting, customer service, customer relationship management, procurement, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving operations. Kechie was built around the way we do business instead of building our business to suit Kechie's capabilities. I never imagined that we could have one system to manage just about every aspect of our business. Pros Kechie isn't only an incredibly feature-rich ERP application, it's affordable and backed by an account management, project management and development team that is second to none! I refer to them as my genie in a bottle. Whatever I can think of to enhance our implementation, they are on it right away and the change is usually implemented within just a few days. Unlike other ERP systems, you get to work with the people who developed the software when customizing your implementation and that in my opinion is the key difference between a 6-month implementation and an 18-month implementation. Cons The user interface is probably the only area for improvement for this software. It is a very fast application and extremely flexible and versatile to accommodate just about any type of company in North America, however, this ability to customize everything under the sun comes with a price. The UI can be a little difficult to navigate for a new user and the graphical elements of the software need some work to make it a little more pleasing to the eyes. They are continuously improving their software though and I'm sure this is one area that they will be focussing on improving soon. There's not much else to improve! Cons Same as the above- at times because we require multiple business platform interfaces we do need to request workarounds. I will say that the team at Kechie is always anxious to support us in resolution. Reason for choosing Kechie Kechie provided more options for supporting most aspects of our business, from accounting, to order taking, to shipping. We have implemented Kechie and it has helped us to almost double our business, without additional headcount. The Kechie implementation team was incredible. They bent over backwards to help us with onboarding, as well as customizations to fit our specific business needs. Kechie has made our business run much easier. Pros We use Kechie to automate our customer management, order processing and invoicing. We like the fact that all modules are similar in layout so it is easy to learn, plus it is fully integrated and eliminate manual processes. It is easy to drill into information we need with just one or two clicks so it makes the process very fast. Also, the software is customizable according to our business needs. With Kechie, the cost savings is significant while we also can satisfy our company needs. Customer service is top notch with Kechie from the top down. Pros Kechie has the best value for money for an ERP that our company needs. Comparing the same features with our previous ERP provider, it offers almost 80% - 90% savings. March 12, 2026 5.0 GREAT!!!! When looking at new ERP software, we reviewed six or seven different software packages. Kechie was the one that gave us everything we were looking for. And, our decision turned out to be a great one. I would highly recommend Kechie to anyone looking for a new ERP system!! Pros There were two things that make Kechie great. First, is the ease of use. All of the various modules...production, purchasing, inventory, etc...navigate pretty much the same way. Learn one, and you can learn them all. This made it real easy to learn the software during the transition to Kechie, and it made it easy to teach the various members of my team that would also be using the new software. Second, is the fantastic customer support!!! Every time we have issues (which was very rarely), the Kechie support team is all over it and takes great care of us!! Even if we we're trying to do something outside of the scope of the software, they are very helpful in finding ways to make Kechie do what we needed. GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! It has real time visibility and audit traceability on everything, so we know who move what and when. Before, we’d lose items and had a hard time locating items. Kechie has also heled organize events and everything going to the events from consumables to equipment. We use the CRM to maintain our communications with our clients and any special requirements. It has been very user friendly and the team was great in training. Reporting is also very easy and helps with grant application. Overall a great system. Cons Cons: Budgeting is not offered, but they are working on launching it soon. We opened a Donation Center in a warehouse that was completely bare. We had no clue how we'd manage the influx of donations and purchases together. After looking for an inventory system that will help us maintain integrity, accuracy, orders, inventory and logistics we heard about Kechie. Not only did Kechie help set us up for success, but the team has been amazing! They have been with us from the beginning of the process, until we went live. We cannot have been more pleased. We are the first Donation Center in the City to have an Inventory Management system that maintains the data and integrity and we owe it to Kechie. We even have a new scanning system that helps keep everything organized and in its place. We are so thankful for a system and team like Kechie. Cons Kechie did not have tutorial videos for training, this would be helpful for incoming staff that needs to be trained. Kechie does have PDF step by step. Kechie is not compatible with some Mac's, so we did have to purchase tablets with windows. I have been able to navigate the system and issues have been addressed quickly, clearly and with good communication. Pros Very straight forward system that is similar to other inventory systems and allows users familiar with digital inventory systems to adapt quickly. Cons It is somewhat difficult to distinguish when you are viewing a different sub-menu within a module. For non-tech savvy users, it is not easy to navigate each sub-menu as there is no clear indication that there are different "view" and "activity" items in each sub menu. I would also recommend adding a "Favorites" option to allow users to save their most frequently used modules and access them quickly.
