“The only way to get 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 is by setting it to “1” again. And that’s where the problem comes up: since the system presents options from 1 to 9, some clients—whether by mistake or intentionally—can still select “1” and end up paying the wrong rate (normally cheaper).“

Pros

We travel has been an excellent tool for our company and for our travelers, the software is extremely friendly to use, could create a full itinerary in 15 minutes which saves you so much time. Its a great value for money and the excellent and easy access to book , pay, transfer money and accept all methods of payment.

Cons

I have nothing to dislike at this point, everything has been positive and I like the continuously improvement to the software and possibilities.

Overall our company has been loving WeTravel. WeTravel has been continually growing and changing and listens to their customer's needs

Pros

Our company absolutely loves WeTravel for making it easy for our customers to pay, allowing us to build beautiful brochures and collect vital details at the time of booking. Customer Support from WeTravel for our company goes above and beyond.

Cons

Currently the cons of WeTravel include not being able to stop and save during the booking process, not having clear invoices that are fully customizable and confusion for booked customers to get into and alter their bookings.

The trip platform is nice and easy to work with. I wish I could say the same for the main office who runs the actual company. Read our cons section below.

Cons

Payments and main customer service is horrible. It took days which turned into a week plus to have accounts verified. Eventually we had to refund customers and go with a different platform.

We had a great relationship for five years. The staff have always been very responsive and helpful. It´s a great tool to receive money from abroad.

Pros

I like very much the new payment link option that the platform offers because it´s an easy and fast way to charge for special items, such as an extra night of accommodation or an airport transfer, without the necessity of creating a whole trip.

Cons

We had some problems with some clients choosing the wire transfer option, but they couldn´t finish the process.

Our overall experience with WeTravel has been excellent. As providers, it has simplified our internal workflows while greatly improving the user experience for our customers. From trip creation to checkout and payment management, everything feels well thought out and efficient. Pros

What we like most about WeTravel is how intuitive and powerful it is for both operations and the end user. The reporting tools are extremely useful and give us clear visibility over payments and performance. Creating both general trips and individual trips is simple and flexible, and the ability to add custom tasks and questions has significantly improved our user journey. These features make the checkout process on our website smooth, clear, and stress-free for participants. Managing the funds we receive is also very easy and transparent, which saves us a lot of time and reduces errors. On top of that, the constant and outstanding support from \[sensitive content hidden\] has been invaluable, she keeps us informed about important updates and improvements that could impact or enhance our operations.

Cons

Honestly, there is very little to dislike. Occasionally, some advanced features require a short learning curve at the beginning, but the support team and available resources make this easy to overcome. Additionally, while the reports are extremely useful, we would love to have more detailed breakdowns; such as dropdowns showing how many add-ons were purchased, rather than only total quote numbers.

Great but it can be even better, as we are not using all the tools that the system provides, but it is because we do not need all of them, however the ones we use can be still improved

Pros

The technical support, the closeness with the account managers (so far only two but great people), the level of automatization it provides, the constant improvements, the WT Academy

Cons

The issue is that the number of participants per package cannot be configured in a way that works correctly for us. Example: The first package is “1 participant for morning tour.” Here we set “1” as participants per booking and that works fine (even if the system allows it to go up to 9, which is the maximum number of participants we set for this trip—but in reality the maximum for this package should be 1). The second package is “2–9 participants for morning tour.” Ideally, this should allow any number from 2 to 9. But if we set “2” as the participants per booking, the system only offers 2, 4, 6, 8, etc. as options. The only way to get 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 is by setting it to “1” again. And that’s where the problem comes up: since the system presents options from 1 to 9, some clients—whether by mistake or intentionally—can still select “1” and end up paying the wrong rate (normally cheaper).

Excellent customer service, nice payment processing. The experience has been good, just wish I could make better use of the product.

Pros

payment processing is convenient for me. Customer support is also super helpful. Not sure if it has been helpful in my case to not send a link to book.

Cons

For my needs at least, not enough flexibility to do what I need to do. For example, the ability to book a date/program in the past. Sometimes we will start students in the class and need to make booking and invoice and we are not able to with WT. Not being able to separate customers by start date/event would also be super helpful for me. I realize we are using WT as it was not intended so it has been difficult and I still have to juggle WT and a separate CRM

Overall it has been really good. I have enjoyed working with (previously \[sensitive content hidden\] ) and now \[sensitive content hidden\] , they are both very easy to get along with which makes meetings with them enjoyable. So any issues that I have flagged, I feel like I have been heard and they have been dealt with quickly.

Pros

WeTravel is very clean and easy to use. It is simple to use from the back side even as a complete novice. Whenever I have had a question, the Team at WeTravel have been fast to respond and have been very helpful. Booking meetings with them is also uncomplicated.

Cons

I haven't enjoyed repeatedly inputting questions into the participant section. After over 200 tours this year, I can do it with my eyes closed at this point. I have flagged this and Nik has found a work around for me to help with this tedious part.

Since then, we have struggled to develop a website that integrates the required aspects suitable for the travel industry. Most importantly, the booking and billing aspects. After months of expense and frustration, we found WeTravel. Within a few short weeks of highly professional training and support, our company is now fully engaged in their services. Everything, especially the payment plan with extended payment options, allows clients to make their payments in affordable increments. Additionally, their customer support is 5-star.

Cons

I wish they would also do travel industry websites. I would love to see them give their customers an easy way of building and maintaining a website that fully, automatically, and seamlessly integrates with their unrivaled booking and billing and customer portal functionality.

Overall I really love and recommend WeTravel. They continue to add value to their paid subscription but still offer immense value for their free version. It is very user friendly and easy to integrate with other software.

Pros

I had previously been using the free version of this product but recently decided to get the paid version to have access to more tools. I like that this website is very user friendly and easy to learn about all the tools it offers and help you integrate it into your event. I like how your events can all have the same flow and layout as your other events while still being able to customize them. My favorite thing is being able to offer payment plans and modify them as needed and also make custom payment plans for certain regaistrants if they need more time to pay for a trip. WeTravel also makes it easy to share your event link and promote it seamlessly.

Cons

As a new user WeTravel has a policy that funds are not availible until after my event and it was kind of difficult to get approved prior to me having my LLC and my account it still pending full approval. I do however understand why they do this, I would have liked to have known that before as for most travel events there can be upfront costs and having access to that money would be beneficial. I would also like to be able to add videos to my event page.

Has been a great tool for our business, and we will continue to use it.

Pros

It is easy to use, looks pretty and simple for the customer. Making refunds or adjusting is quite simple. For transferring money out it is also no hassle, the platform is trustworthy. Our contact \[sensitive content hidden\] is always available and works with us with our feedback, resolve any questions, and explain new features. Our experience has been great with him, and overall with the platform.

Cons

Everything works great. This is not a big deal but I’d like to have a bank of images stored within the WeTravel platform that we can easily access without needing to upload them each time. I know we can copy trips and reuse images, but when creating something new, it would be helpful to have a more streamlined process, and be able to just select on the images we need that have already been stored. Currently, to view an image in full size, we have to preview it—ideally, we could simply click on it within the edit screen to see if it works.

Customizeable and professional product. We Travel has been critical in helping us aquire commercial clients for incentive travel.

Cons

Complicated when it comes to changing or adding banking info. Support contacts are not consistant. There can be multiple responders across the US so continuity is cumbersome when dealing with the few issues we experienced.

Pros

It’s a easy to use, great customer support—fantastic actually—and such a professional look at feel on the public side.

Cons

That they wouldn’t give me any of my money until after a trip. That really squeezes young, cash-poor businesses trying to grow. Essentially I have to choose from requesting checks, or paying up front for everything, which would be 20-30k per trip!

Pros

Honestly, there are a lot of great features but the most important thing for me is to have an account rep who I can rely on to answer questions and help troubleshoot where needed. My account representative\[sensitive content hidden\] is fantastic.

Cons

I have started using it for my day tours and it lacks some features for that tour. One example is that if there are 10 guests on the tour, it requires individual information for each guest rather than allowing one person to sign up for everyone.

Does not offer client facing capabilities to download a reservation confirmation or status of a customers account. If I have multiple week packages, I'm unable to transfer one reservation to a different week.

Pros
