My experience with the software has been good. I have used it for both personal and professional work and the quality of the video and the audio has been excellent. Numerous times I have been able to seamlessly connect with my colleagues and never miss out important information even when network speed was slow. Only downside is it's pricing and limitations with free version.

Pros

The quality of the video and audio is very good, even during low network speed the video quality never drops. Another good thing is how easy it is to use on cross platforms. Whether on mobile or on laptop. It work flawlessly.

Cons

Nothing on the product side, but it's free version does not offer as many features as paid version, which is a bummer as the paid version is expensive compared to other similar tools in the market

The overall benefit for my team is avoiding travel to meet or present to our clients. For us, GoToMeeting is usually reliable and we're able to schedule meetings quickly and meet as much or as often as we want.

Pros

This software allows my team to meet with our clients and partners at anytime, no matter where they are. The ability to screen share also allows us to present to our clients and control theses presentations.

Cons

GoToMeeting is clunky, it looks dated and it is not the easiest to use. Many times clients have difficulty downloading, becoming the presenter or learning how to operate it quickly.

GoTo Meeting is a very easy to use and first time of the users video and audio quality is stable and clear that makes online meetings smooth or I liked the screen sharing feature a lot because it works without lag and helps in explaining things to clients and team members It provides good value for money compared to other meeting tools that Team collaboration is easy with chat, meeting links, and recording options and Scheduling meetings and joining with one click saves time and improves productivity.

Cons

Sometimes the mobile app feels a bit slow especially on low internet speed and Advanced features are limited in the basic plan that can be expensive for small teams or The interface looks slightly outdated compared to newer tools. Customer support is helpful but response time can be slow during peak hours.

GoTo Meeting is one app I can't go without. The need for in depth conversation can arise multiple times with each client. GoTo has the personal feel of meeting face to face without the inconvenience of asking clients to come to the office. Starting a call is almost as easy as a phone call. I get an affordable price and great features. If you need or want to save your call recordings within the app, this is the one I recommend. GoTo Meeting is secure too.

Pros

GoTo Meeting is an affordable and reliable app for video calls and conferences. The app pretty much always works as expected. Anything that does arise can be expedited by using the 24/7 phone support. Setup was minimal even for me as an account holder. Clients aren't required to create an account and GoTo Meeting is available on every platform I'm aware of. All of the tools and features are easy to use. The interface is simple, also easy to use. Personally, I love the unlimited storage GoTo Meeting provides. Saving the call recording is important and useful to me. The saved files are easy to find as well. Multiple users and/or devices are permitted under one subscription. In app messaging and Private Messaging is something else I really love. Another standout feature for me was the fade feature with the on screen pen. I can highlight a portion of my screen, then without further action it will fade and the client can see the whole screen without obstruction. It's also worth mentioning that I can share my entire screen or only a specific window.

Cons

GoTo Meeting is affordable, however I wish there were a broader range of plans. I pay for features I don't really need just to get the unlimited cloud storage. I'd prefer to see it available as an add on to the standard plan. While it's not something I use often, I do want a good whiteboard added in GoTo.

GoTo Meeting is one of the early products in the online meeting space but the new site, and account management system is a bit cumbersome.

Whenever i have a meeting with clients or work colleagues, i always choose to do it virtually using GoTo Meeting because it makes meetings very convenient. With its exceptional engagement features which includes an in-meeting chat box, GoTo Meeting allows me to have a similar meeting experience as i would with physical meet ups. I have had a very successful meeting experience with GoTo Meeting and i really recommend it.

Pros

GoTo Meeting is easy to use and has a very clean user interface. I like how easy it is to organize a meeting and send the invitation links to the other parties. The meeting control features help to take full command of the meeting room as the host which usually helps to have an orderly meeting where everyone gets to speak when given permission to. Am also amazed by how good the visuals and sound are during a meeting as they makes everything clear to see and hear. GoTo Meeting offers a meeting recording feature that help to follow up on previously held meeting discussions.

Cons

My user experience with GoTo Meeting has never had any downsides. Off all the features it offers, there is none that i have not liked. I would however like to see a meeting summarizer that offers meeting summaries at the end.

GoTo Meeting offers very high quality video definition and clear audio that makes meeting communications very clear to everyone. It has an incredible chatting function that help engage the audience without interrupting the one speaking during a meeting. GoTo Meeting also has a background noise suppression function that help remove any background interruptions during a meeting. It has powerful security features that makes the meeting a safe and private space for having even the most confidential discussions.

Cons

Luckily for us, we have not yet encountered any major technical issues with GoTo Meeting. Everything for now is very perfect.

Another big pro of GoTo Meeting is that conducting virtual meetings really becomes easy with it even if there are huge number of individuals. I also like the way its screen recording works. There are whiteboard features which are very beneficial. Screen sharing feature also creates much ease for the users.

Cons

It is always proved to be helpful to me whenever I use this software. It is loaded with great features and functionalities. Since I'm using this software I never come across any kind of short comings yet. The only thing that rarely occurs is that loading takes a long time sometimes.

It lowkey has lag issues and slow responsiveness which kind of makes it difficult during live meeting sessions to communicate. I have also encountered some lags whenever any attachments are sent.

I dislike that you have to constantly download the newest version instead of just getting updates to a single install. At one time I had 5 different versions on my computer so I have to constantly go in and make sure I delete all the outdated ones.
