Infoconn Systems is solving the complexity and operational inefficiencies around EDI compliance and ERP integration. Before working with Infoconn, managing retailer EDI requirements, document mapping, testing, and ongoing compliance created significant internal strain. Each trading partner has different specifications, and aligning those requirements with our ERP system was both time consuming and technically demanding. Infoconn streamlined the entire process. They simplified document mapping for POs, ASNs, invoices, and acknowledgements, ensured accurate data flow between retailers and our ERP, and proactively handled compliance validations. This eliminated manual work, reduced errors, and significantly lowered the risk of chargebacks. The biggest benefit to us has been operational efficiency and scalability. Their integration allows our ERP system to communicate seamlessly with retail partners, enabling faster order processing, cleaner invoicing, and improved cash flow. Instead of troubleshooting EDI issues internally, our team can now focus on growth and retailer expansion. Overall, Infoconn has transformed EDI from a technical burden into a streamlined, automated process that supports our business scaling efforts.

Pros

From the very beginning, their team demonstrated deep technical expertise, professionalism, and a clear understanding of retail compliance requirements. EDI integrations can often be complex and time consuming, especially when aligning with an existing ERP system, but Infoconn made the entire process seamless and efficient. Their team worked closely with ours to ensure smooth mapping, testing, and validation across all required documents including POs, ASNs, invoices, and acknowledgements. They were highly responsive, proactive in identifying potential issues before they became problems, and extremely patient in walking us through technical details when needed. What stood out most was their hands on support during integration into our ERP system. They took the time to understand our workflows and customized the setup to ensure everything functioned properly with minimal disruption to operations. The onboarding and go live process was organized, structured, and delivered on schedule. If you are looking for a reliable EDI partner with a knowledgeable and supportive team, I highly recommend Infoconn Systems. Their expertise and service quality made a significant impact on streamlining our operations.

Support is second to none. Going on 6 years they have made our systems connect to over 14 retailers. And when we have tight deadlines this is the team you want on your side!

Pros

The system is easy to work with and training covered all we needed. When changes are needed it is easy to work with.

Cons

There are really no cons. The project manages are easy to access and the technical staff is highly versed.

Overall I am very satisfied with the company. The EDI stystem is easy to work with and when I have question or need help there is alway someone that picks up the phone and is there to help on the spot. Customer Service is great at Infoconn!

Pros

Employees are friendly and helpfull. Easy sign up. Value for money is good. Good support! As a small business I rather work with smaller businesses so I choose Infoconn.

Cons

I do not like the way the edi system looks. The woording in confusing and not easy to look through. It should be more user friendly. In general filling out the forms is easy but due to the way it is set up and the woording it is not.

Pros

Customer support - we always get answers and support when needed. The price for the service is reasonable.

Cons

Barcode system is a little tricky, but once you use it a time or two, it becomes easier. Support for this part of the program was exceptional.

Pros

Very easy to use and staff is very helpful. They are very hands on when implementing and running the processes. Cost of product is very good for the service you receive.

I really can't think of any cons at this time. This was the first time I had to implement a new service for EDI

It is a daily thing I do that has been incorporated easily into my daily routine. I wish that invoices were done automatically.

Pros

Tis was our first EDI company that we worked with. They were very responsive to issues and were just there when we needed them.

Cons

I didn't like that I had to do inventory manually every week day. I also think there should be a set price per transaction, not a range.

When we encounter EDI issues that team is quick to provide support. They were also able to provide a custom integration between our ERP system and their system.

Pros

They are easy to work with and work with us on customizations we would like to see in our EDI process

Cons

It would be nice if there were more EDI troubleshooting tools available so that finding and fixing EDI issue would be quicker. The portal is a little slow. I would love to see some updates. Neither of these are major issues but would be would be nice to have.

What else can you say, a fairly robust technical solution with great supporting staff. I've always had good interactions with whomever I worked with.

A stable, comprehensive technical solution supported by professional resources. I've always had good interactions with the staff.

Cons

That I can see the 997 transactions, confirming that we've received something. It could be that I'm not looking in the right spot within the application. It breaks the self service model, I had to call support to confirm that our 997's were sent once.

Straightforward system and very consistently available, helpful customer service. The UI is simple enough.

Cons

No complaints honestly. I find the system to be very intuitive -- I just wish there was a better way for me to sync EDI with my offline excel templates for order submissions to my warehouse

We're happy with Infocon and have migrated all of our EDI connections to them which is a testament to their service and value.

Pros

We've been working with Infocon for over 5 years and have had a great experience so far. Their pricing is competitive and their support team is always quick to diagnose and address problems.

Cons

We're implementing various transactions (850/875/810/856/943/944) at the same time right now. There are a lot of tasks to keep on top of so I understand but the overall project has been slower than expected.

It has been good, we do not do too much with EDI but when we needed upgrades or customers added, it is done in a timely fashion

Pros

All orders under one umbrella. easy to find all documents when going on the website as well as searching past history.

Cons

Too many added steps, would be nice if you could generate an invoice from the ASN that is created. Not have to submit two seperate docs.

Pros

Infocon Systems WebEDI platform is reliable, easy to use, and provides great value for money. It simplifies our EDI process and helps us manage data efficiently between our trading partners. The interface is straightforward, and once set up, everything runs smoothly. Their customer support team is excellent. Always quick to respond, knowledgeable, and proactive about resolving any questions or concerns. Updates are handled seamlessly, and the system’s reporting features make tracking and reviewing transactions simple and clear.

Cons

There isn’t much to dislike, we haven’t experienced any major bugs or issues. Occasionally, there’s a brief learning curve for new users, but the Infocon support team helps make onboarding very easy.

Pros

Ease of use, customer support, data management, reporting, updates are ALL Excellent. Infocon Systems has been our provider for 15+ years and has never failed us.

Cons

None. I really do not have any complaints. Any item disruption or billing issue has always been dealt with timely.

Pros

The instant response. A quick turnaround on ANY issues that come up. There is really no issue to small that cannot be resolved or addressed

Cons

It gets the job done. Support has been good, but not enough initial instruction was provided and it has been more about support being provided when we ask instead of helping us understand things from the start.

Pros

It makes it possible to process EDI orders from our vendors who use it. It is fairly straightforward to use.

Cons

No easy way to print orders. Only the Excel version being emailed makes it easy to print, but otherwise it is difficult to track things through our own system.

I have been using INFOCON since 2018. The ability to use EDI for large orders hundreds at a time saves us so much time & $$. The ability to resend and correct is a big plus too if an employee might make an error. The fact that you can email or call and get someone right away is always a relief.

Pros

The ease of use. Very simple commands. The overall visual is pleasing to the eye. Customer service is great, very responsive and quick to help.

Cons

Occasionally a customer will make a change that may create an issue, but the tech team has always been able to help resolve the issue.

working in the system is Okay, just wish there was consistency with each vendor on what they need. Each system is different and takes time to get use to what needs to be done.

Pros

working in the system is easy as getting orders and they are easy to read to process once you know where to look for each vendor you work with as each one is setup different.

Cons

there are too many steps that need to be done to process an invoice. Each Vendor has different steps that need to be taken due to what they need sent over to them. Nothing is the same

Overall it was a very positive experience. I feel like they deliver good value at a competitive price

Pros

Getting set up was easy and support was very helpful and quick to respond. I also like being able to use FTP bulk upload and also having the web interface available when necessary.

Cons

The web interface could use some tweaks to help with readability and there were some forms that weren't intuitive for end users
