My experience with BrowserStack has been fantastic so far, offering smooth testing and great reliability.

Pros

well , there are lot of device where we can test the product, and the best part is we have the ios device for testing which is very best of browserstack , even api call are good for automation testing , save lot of time over the selenium test across the eclipse.

Cons

The debugging terminal could be clearer, as reading logs sometimes feels confusing and inconsistent.

Pros

I really liked the parallel execution capabilities. Being able to run multiple automated tests at the same time drastically reduced our regression testing time. It turned a suite that used to take three hours into something that finished in 20 minutes, which helped us release faster.

Cons

Automated tests (Selenium/Appium) almost always run slower on BrowserStack than on a local machine or a local grid.

Very good, we use it almost daily! I find it to be very helpful and intuitive and our teams also seem to really enjoy the ease of use.

Pros

The amount of available devices at any given time that QA Testers or dev teams can access and use quickly

Cons

Sometimes many of the various features and subsets of tools are not available for all plans. If would be nice if there were more things like accessibility tools included in the basic paid plan(s)

Pros

Ease of use, I always found Browserstack and very capable and easy to understand tool. I will continue to recommend it for future jobs.

Cons

I don't have any serious complaints about Browserstack after becoming familiar with the tool. I would love to use it again.

I have used, BrowserStack live, automate, app live & app automate. this vast features at one place is truly amazing. and then comes Percy which is just a cherry on top for a tester and as well as developers.

Pros

Mostly the features & the support BrowserStack provide is very impressive & seamless. Support for new devices & new OS versions makes my life as a tester easier.

Cons

Nothing as such, but faced a big lag while executing automation scripts. else all looks good.

At my company, we usually build testing frameworks. It is not common to purchase software licenses or platforms that we can develop. However, with the number of tools offered by BrowserStack, I am gradually getting to know each one and considering suggesting a plan that allows us to use the benefits of AI Agents features.

Pros

The variety of solutions for testing are fantastic. The group of AI Agents add valious testing approach, optimize the cost of teste in terms of time X low complexity using AI features.

Cons

About the pricing table. There is no free plan option for individual users. A free plan for single users would make it easier to use the platform and attract more customers.

Mostly positive, I usually find the options I need for phones and tablets but there are specific ones that used to be available and are not anymore

Pros

Ability to validate my app in different phone sizes, models and versions of OS. As well as being able to test with tablets.

Cons

Some of the models I need the most are not available with TestFlight so I cannot test the features before going to production

It was good experience, got to know a lot about new perspective of AI in testing world. Also got chance to make multiple connections.

Pros

What I liked most about BrowserStack is the reliability and breadth of its testing infrastructure. It gave me immediate access to a wide range of real devices and browsers, which dramatically reduced the friction in cross-browser testing

Cons

There were least focus on mobile devices and integration with multiple new stack technologies. Elaborative documentation can also help

Crossbrowser testing was really good, and huge devices acesss and different versions of browsers and parallel testing

Cons

lagging or loading issues due to network and Price looks a bit high and some gaps in the support and documentation

Overall experience has been good. I faced some difficulties in running my automation scripts via CI pipeline on Browserstack but the process was not straightforward and documentation seemed a bit outdated.

Pros

Value for money and ease of doing automation on the device farm that gives you the flexibility to run my tests of multiple configurations.

Cons

Not all prevalent tools and software are not supported via integration yet on Browserstack like they have support for Azure Jira but not for other tools like Jama etc.

The overall experience to debug cross-browser issues is quite good and the test management helps in tracking things a lot easier.

Pros

The cross-browser testing across different versions is quite helpful and makes testing smooth to debug issues on different browsers. Test management is also quite helpful.

Cons

The ease of use can be a bit improved; documentation can be made easy to follow and the automated part needs to be a bit more simple as used by other tools in market.

It is quite good and we are leveraging the device farm of BrowserStack for our testing purposes. We have accessed the Accessibility platform too and it is quite good covering all WCAG Guidelines. We found the toolkits to be very useful.

Pros

It is end to end platform for everything and cover most of the technologies in market now a days. The Platform is easy to use and learning for a novice is very low.

Cons

It does not have proper support for Apps built in Flutter. Pricing is a bit more competitive. Observability is also not that great.

Pros

testing with different mobile OS for android and ios. and its seemless to test and iterate the features testing during devlopment.

Cons

Tests can time out or some devices may take longer to load the app. which is frustrating and drag the testing longer.

AI support on the Locate capture. Also the root analysis, auto suggestion fixing by AI, these are new AI enhanced useful tools.

Cons

Not much, but could be usage limits on the free trial, but if company can buy the licenses, it could be OK.
