### "A Reliable Platform for Cross-Browser Testing"

August 21, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with BrowserStack has been very positive. It streamlined cross-browser and cross-device testing for my team, saved us setup time, and gave us confidence that our product worked in real-world conditions. While there’s some room for improvement in speed and device availability, it’s been a reliable and valuable tool for ensuring quality.

Pros

Ease of Use & Accessibility: I liked how easy it was to quickly access different browsers and devices without any setup. It made cross-browser testing much more efficient. Device & Browser Coverage: I appreciated the wide range of real devices and browsers available—it gave me confidence that our product was tested in real-world conditions.

Cons

Sometimes the sessions could feel a little slow or laggy, especially on certain devices. Debugging complex issues sometimes felt limited compared to using local tools.

### "User review"

Pros

Most advance testing tools. Real Time Viewing of the Results. If a customer says they are having a view issue, we ask for the device, o/s, screen type if necessary and browser and we can record what's happening and then recreate and deal with the issue or show the customer what's happening.

Cons

There was a time when I could click in a pop up to reload my test environment. That link disappeared, and when I requested support I got told that it was removed from me and isn't available at my license level... Now not sure if I was notified about this, which may or may not be the case, but I didn't like being told it's not available to me anymore. I used it every time. One thing I believe BS can do but I don't know how to set it up is Auto Testing through various devices, O/S's, Browsers and resolutions (Vertical and Horizontal), right now we are manually doing this by a single person, and they load a device up, and start clicking... I would love to just get a screenshot or pointed out when a device has a resolution issue.

My overall experience with BrowserStack has been very positive. The platform offers a smooth learning curve, strong security, and powerful testing and automation capabilities. Its integration with test management tools and ease of management add efficiency, while the pricing delivers good value for money.

Pros

I liked BrowserStack’s easy learning curve, strong security, and efficient testing with seamless test management. Its automation features, good value for money, and smooth management make it stand out.

Cons

What I liked least about BrowserStack is that advanced automation setup can have a steep learning curve, and sometimes test management feels limited for large teams.

### "Probably the best option right now"

September 22, 2025

5.0

Overall experience is very good. Reliable platform that gives confidence in cross-environment testing

Pros

Easy to set up and run tests across many browsers and devices. Saves a lot of setup time and effort compared to maintaining an inhouse lab, and overall makes testing workflows smoother for our team

Cons

Test sessions sometimes lag or disconnect, which interrupts flow. Pricing also feels a bit high for smaller teams or extended use, and it could benefit from more flexible plans to match different testing needs

### "Browserstack Review "

September 22, 2025

3.0

Access to a large library of real devices: A key advantage for developers and QA teams is the ability to test websites and mobile apps on thousands of combinations of real devices, browsers, and operating systems without needing a physical device lab. Robust testing capabilities: The platform supports both manual "Live" testing and automated testing using popular frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, and Appium. This allows for comprehensive functional, regression, and UI testing.

Pros

Ease of using Apple Pay testing in India. It was a good experience using apay via BrowserStack + a lot of other features that BrowserStack provide,s as bug capture

Cons

The BrowserStack gets stuck sometimes, and we have to end the session. So we can start again, but by doing this, we lose our work progress

### "My BrowserStack Review 2025"

August 21, 2025

I love to learn more about BrowserStack's features! I feel secured testing my projects as they have good security. I am learning more about testing. I know my subscription will be worth it given its price. Worth the buck!

Pros

The Test Management BrowserStack has have an excellent view on generating test cases for each ticket. I would also like to explore more about their automation as I am currently learning about automation!

Cons

The least favourable feature I used with BrowserStack is probably the live testing as it has been slow on my end.

### "Reliable Cross-Platform Testing Made Easy, with Minor Performance Hiccups"

May 7, 2025

5.0

Overall, BrowserStack offers a solid and convenient testing platform. It's easy to use, requires no setup, and supports a wide range of real devices and browsers, which is great for ensuring cross-platform compatibility. While live testing can sometimes be slow and automated tests may occasionally have stability issues, it still saves a lot of time and effort compared to managing your own test lab. It's a dependable tool for most web and mobile testing needs.

Pros

The best thing about BrowserStack is that it lets you test websites and apps on real devices and browsers instantly, without needing to set up or maintain any infrastructure. It's fast, reliable, and supports both manual and automated testing.

Cons

it can be slow or laggy during live testing, especially on older devices or with high network load. Additionally, session timeouts, limited parallel tests on lower-tier plans, and occasional flakiness in automated tests are common complaints.

### "Beat application "

October 3, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with BrowserStack has been excellent. It has played a vital role in enhancing our automated testing capabilities by providing easy access to multiple devices and browsers in the cloud. BrowserStack is stable, intuitive, and very well-supported by their customer service team, who are always quick to respond to queries.

Pros

BrowserStack’s automation features have been incredibly useful for our team. It seamlessly integrates with a wide range of frameworks and allows for efficient cross-browser testing, which saves us a significant amount of time. The ability to run parallel tests and get rapid feedback has streamlined our QA process and improved our code quality. The platform is very user-friendly and reliable, making it easy to adopt and scale up for various projects.

Cons

There are very few things to dislike about BrowserStack, but sometimes the initial setup for certain integrations can take a bit longer than expected. Very rarely, there can be some minor lag with real device testing depending on server load. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall value and reliability the platform delivers to our automation and testing workflows.

### "The UI/UX web-based test environments you need at a reasonable price"

December 10, 2025

5.0

It has been very positive. The Total Cost of Ownership is what convinced us to subscribe since you don't have to invest on specific hardware just for UI/UX testing. Its cost/benefit relationship beated Virtual Machines that could have been deployed on existing cloud providers.

Pros

It has all required test environments up to date, allowing us to save costs on expensive hardware. Interface is really easy to learn and use. By using test templates, there's a significant safe in time and increase in productivity.

Cons

It tends to get slow for complex test use cases. This demands for us to login and logout or refresh the page several times.

Extremely useful for startups because we can't build a device lab setup by ourselves, hence all sort of device and opeeating system coverage is the most useful part

Pros

The capability of device testing and automation. Building the device lab covering android and ios mobiles.

Cons

Although not very often, flakiness in tests due to device discinnection issues intermittently was seen. Because of which we had to rerun the manual tests.

### "Best Device Simulation Software for the Money"

November 26, 2025

4.0

I think BrowserStack is a tool that provides great value for the money, and also allows extremely easy to use device management. The set of devices that are available through BrowserStack cover almost every base that I could think of and more.

Pros

The feature I liked most about BrowserStack was the large variety of devices available to test our application. We saw a group of users on a subset of devices that we were experiencing major issues, BrowserStack allowed us to load these devices with our application that weren't available as simulators through X code or Android studio. These devices allowed us to support our customers to the best of our abilities.

Cons

The limited time that the devices allow prevented us from doing thorough testing on the devices we were having the largest issues with.
