### "Solid cross-browser testing solution that saves tons of time"

November 11, 2025

5.0

BrowserStack has been a game-changer for our workflow. Being able to test across so many different browsers and devices without maintaining our own lab is worth the investment alone. There are some minor hiccups here and there, but the time it saves us is huge. If you're doing any kind of cross-browser testing, this tool pretty much pays for itself. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

Pros

The variety of browsers and devices is quite impressive. We can test on pretty much any browser version going back years, plus real iOS and Android devices. This alone saves us from having to maintain a device lab. Starting up a test session is pretty quick, maybe 30-60 seconds to spin up a VM. The screenshot feature is great for quickly checking layouts across multiple browsers at once without manually opening each one. As for integration, connecting it to our existing tools was straightforward enough. Their docs are decent.

Cons

It can be a bit slow sometimes, especially with the mobile devices. You're controlling a real device remotely so I get it, though it's usually manageable. Just something to keep in mind if you're doing a lot of touch interaction testing.

Overall, BrowserStack has made my testing life much easier. I can quickly check how my app works across different environments and catch bugs I would’ve missed before. It’s become an essential part of my automation workflow.

Pros

I really like that BrowserStack lets me run my automated tests on so many real devices and browsers without setting anything up myself. It’s super easy to plug in my existing test framework and just start running.

Cons

Sometimes the sessions feel a bit slow when a lot of people are using it, and the price can go up if you need more parallel tests.

### "Test Management & App Live Solution"

March 24, 2026

4.0

Centralized test case management and execution tracking across applications. AI-assisted generation and optimization of test cases. Better traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects. Real-time testing of mobile applications on multiple Android and iOS devices. Improved test coverage across different device models, OS versions, and browsers. Faster defect identification and debugging through logs, screenshots, and recordings. Scalability for future testing requirements across multiple digital products. Overall, the solution will streamline the testing process, improve product quality, and support future scalability of our digital platforms.

Pros

The Test Management with AI Agent and App Live solutions strengthen our testing capabilities. It helps with capabilities such as centralized test management, AI-driven test case generation, advanced analytics, and real-device mobile testing are limited.

Cons

Multiple offering for single product - it made us very confusing that what should be go ahead , for example test management had multiple versions ultimate etc some comes with AI agent and some not - This need to be streamlined

### "Browserstack - great for mobile automation"

September 29, 2025

5.0

It's been a positive experience overall. They have the main devices and OS versions that I need. They have a decent dashboard to view test results, recordings and performance information. I'd love if they expanded their API and their MCP server to include device performance information and make it a little easier to get that into a digestible format.

Pros

I work primarily in native mobile automation which works just as well as you'd expect. What I think goes under the radar is the support which is super helpful and always ready to help. There's been multiple times when I've even suggested features that have been implemented in a matter of days

Cons

I can't really call this a criticism of browserstack but the Appium system is pretty flawed and unwieldy to work with. Not to mention how some features are only available for some server versions with particular extensions. Luckily Browserstack gives you a couple of Appium versions to work with

### "QA Leadership Summit Summer "

August 22, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with BrowserStack has been excellent. It has significantly improved testing speed, reduced maintenance effort, and enhanced product quality, especially with its AI-driven innovations.

Pros

What I like most about BrowserStack is its seamless cloud-based infrastructure that eliminates the need for local device setup. It provides wide browser/device coverage, reliable performance, and easy integration with CI/CD pipelines, making cross-browser testing highly efficient.

Cons

At times, the platform feels slightly costly for smaller teams, and debugging on certain real devices can be slower than expected. Advanced analytics could also be more robust.

Switched from

[Qase](https://www.capterra.com/p/200155/Qase/)

I switched from Qase to BrowserStack Test Management mainly because of its competitive pricing. BrowserStack offers better value with integrated testing, management, and collaboration features in one platform. This made it a cost-effective solution for our team while still maintaining efficiency, scalability, and ease of use for QA processes.

### "Effortless Browser Testing with Convenient Setup"

March 24, 2026

4.0

I use BrowserStack for different browser testing. I don't need a real device or to install older browser versions. It's convenient and organized. The BrowserStack Chrome extension lets me test all environments from one device.

Pros

I like the convenience of testing different browsers that I don't have a real device for using BrowserStack. It's great that I don't need to get a real device or install an older version of a browser to test something. The ease and organized setup make testing straightforward. The BrowserStack Chrome extension is quite good, enabling me to open one browser on one device to test across all environments. The initial setup was easy, involving just installing the BrowserStack extension and logging in.

Cons

BrowserStack needs more Android devices for testing. Sometimes, it is hard to emulate the real environment. You may get different results from a real device.

So far it has been excellent, I love the low code automation tool and I do think there is still a lot to for me to explore in the test management features.

Pros

How simple it is, BrowserStack couldn't be more intuitive and easy to use, I was able to jump into usage without any onboarding, and obtain very useful results, nevertheless I did receive training after and explore more features and advanced usage.

Cons

I don't have anything I liked less actually, I do use it for cross-browser and cross-device testing, when I start engaging with other features I might be able to point out some improvement opportunities.

5.0

My overall experience with BrowserStack has been good. It makes cross-browser and cross-device testing much easier without needing physical devices. I’ve used it for both quick checks and regular testing, and it fits well into the workflow.

Pros

The biggest advantage for me is the availability of real devices with different OS versions. It feels much more reliable than emulators. Also, switching between browsers and devices is quick and doesn’t interrupt the workflow, which saves a lot of time during testing.

Cons

One thing that stood out is the occasional lag during live sessions. Sometimes interactions aren’t as smooth as expected, especially when testing heavier apps. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it can slow things down a bit.
