### "A Reliable Platform for Easy Cross-Browser Testing"

March 16, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with BrowserStack has been really smooth and helpful during the development and testing process. It gives quick access to a wide range of browsers and real devices, which makes it much easier to verify how applications behave in different environments without setting up everything locally. What I like most is how convenient it is to reproduce and debug browser-specific issues. Instead of guessing how something might look or work on another device, I can simply open a session and test it directly. This has saved a lot of time during development, especially when checking UI responsiveness and compatibility. Overall, it has become a reliable tool in my workflow for ensuring that applications run consistently across different browsers and devices.

Pros

What I like most about BrowserStack is how easy it makes cross-browser and cross-device testing. Instead of installing and managing multiple browsers or physical devices locally, I can quickly test my web applications on different operating systems, browsers, and real mobile devices directly from the platform. This saves a lot of setup time and makes the overall testing process much more efficient. Another thing I appreciate is the availability of real devices in the cloud. It helps identify UI and responsiveness issues that sometimes don’t appear in local environments. The platform is also quite easy to use, and starting a testing session or switching between devices is smooth. Overall, it simplifies the testing workflow and helps ensure better compatibility across different environments.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that sometimes the sessions can feel a bit slow, especially when connecting to certain devices or browsers. There can be a slight delay while interacting with the remote device, which can affect the testing speed when you are quickly checking multiple scenarios. Another small drawback is that the pricing can feel a bit high for smaller teams or individual developers. Also, occasionally there can be queue times when trying to access popular devices. Overall, these issues are not major, but improving performance consistency and pricing flexibility would make the experience even better.

### "Good Coverage for Browser and Device Testing in One Platform"

March 13, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with BrowserStack has been very positive. As a Technical Project Manager, it has helped streamline our testing process and made it much easier for the team to validate features across different browsers and devices without maintaining our own infrastructure. It’s particularly helpful during release cycles when we need quick feedback from QA and developers working in parallel. The platform is straightforward to use, and the ability to run both manual and automated tests has improved our testing efficiency. While there are occasional performance delays and the pricing can be a bit on the higher side, the convenience, device coverage, and reliability generally outweigh those concerns for our team.

Pros

One of the things I like most about BrowserStack is how easy it makes cross-browser and cross-device testing without needing to maintain a physical device lab. As a Technical Project Manager, it really helps our team speed up QA cycles because developers and testers can quickly check how features behave on different browsers and operating systems in real time. The platform is reliable and the device coverage is impressive, which is useful when managing projects that need to support multiple environments. I also appreciate how smoothly it integrates into our CI/CD pipeline, allowing automated tests to run as part of our release process. Overall, it saves a lot of time and helps us catch compatibility issues early before they reach production.

Cons

One area where BrowserStack could improve is performance consistency, especially during peak usage times. Occasionally, some live testing sessions can feel a bit slow or take time to start, which can interrupt the testing flow for the team. Another challenge is the pricing structure, which can become expensive as the team grows or when you need access to more parallel sessions and devices. For smaller teams or projects with tight budgets, this can be something to consider. That said, while these issues come up from time to time, the overall functionality and convenience of the platform still make it a valuable tool for managing cross-browser testing.

### "Reliable Cross-Browser Testing That Boosts Productivity"

March 25, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with BrowserStack has been very positive. It’s a reliable and powerful platform for both manual and automated testing across multiple environments. It has streamlined our QA process, improved release confidence, and saved significant infrastructure costs. While the pricing could be more flexible, the value it delivers in terms of ease of use, test coverage, and productivity makes it a worthwhile investment.

Pros

BrowserStack makes cross-browser and cross-device testing incredibly easy without needing to maintain physical devices or complex setups. The platform supports a wide range of real devices and browsers, which is very useful for ensuring compatibility. I particularly liked the automation capabilities (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) and how smoothly they integrate into CI/CD pipelines. The UI is intuitive, and live testing is fast and responsive. It significantly improves productivity by reducing the time spent on manual testing setups.

Cons

Occasionally, there can be slight latency during live sessions on certain devices. Test session limits and concurrency restrictions in lower plans can also be a constraint.

### "A Reliable Testing Companion That Takes the Hassle Out of Cross-Browser Work"

March 24, 2026

5.0

Overall, using BrowserStack has felt less like adding another tool and more like removing a headache from my workflow. As a developer, I used to spend a lot of time worrying about environment setup and cross-browser inconsistencies—but with BrowserStack, that’s mostly off my plate. What stood out to me is how quickly I can jump between devices and browsers and actually see how things behave in real-world conditions. It’s been especially useful during last-minute checks before releases, where confidence really matters. It’s not perfect—there are moments when sessions take a bit longer than expected—but it hasn’t really disrupted my flow in a major way. Once I got past the initial learning curve, it became something I naturally rely on. In short, it’s one of those tools that quietly improves your day-to-day work without you realizing how much effort it’s saving you until you try working without it.

Pros

What I liked most about BrowserStack is how much time it saved me from setting up and maintaining different testing environments. Instead of juggling virtual machines or physical devices, I can just pick a browser or device and start testing instantly. In my day-to-day work, this has been really helpful for catching cross-browser issues early, especially during regression cycles. The real device testing feels reliable, and the automation support made it easier to run repetitive test cases without much manual effort. I also found the platform straightforward to use after a short learning phase, and overall it genuinely helped improve my productivity and confidence before pushing releases.

Cons

One thing I liked least about BrowserStack is that it can feel a bit slow at times, especially when launching certain devices or running multiple sessions in parallel. During busy testing cycles, this can slightly impact the overall workflow. Also, there’s a bit of a learning curve when you first start using some of the advanced features, particularly around automation setup and integrations. While it gets easier with time, the initial setup can take some effort. That said, these issues haven’t been deal-breakers for me, and overall the platform still delivers strong value in day-to-day testing.

### "Great Value for Mobile App Testing and Automation"

November 27, 2025

5.0

My overall experience has been excellent. BrowserStack has significantly reduced our testing overhead by eliminating the need to maintain physical devices. Our mobile automation suite runs consistently across OS versions, screen resolutions, and device manufacturers. Debugging has become quicker thanks to screenshots, logs, and session recordings. It has helped us improve QA coverage, speed up releases, and deliver a more stable mobile product. I would definitely recommend BrowserStack to teams looking for reliable cloud-based mobile testing infrastructure.

Pros

BrowserStack has been extremely reliable for our mobile automation workflows. The availability of real Android and iOS devices helps us validate UI, performance, and network behavior exactly as it would appear to end users. Integration with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions is seamless, allowing us to trigger automated test runs on every build without maintaining our own device lab. The platform is fast, stable, and provides detailed logs, screenshots, and video recordings that make debugging much easier. Their support team is also responsive whenever we need help with configuration or device-specific issues. Customer support is too good and I really impressed with it.

Cons

Some high-demand devices get queued during peak hours, which can delay runs. Network-based tests sometimes require manual configuration, and setting up BrowserStackLocal for secure environments could be smoother, especially when running multiple parallel tunnels. Pricing can also feel slightly high for small teams, but the value justifies it.

### "BROWSER I'm not STACK (STUCK) anymore"

September 22, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with browserstack is great. I actually recommended the platform to my fellow QAs who now uses the platform too. And I've been receiving good feedback from the community.

Pros

What I like most about browserstack is its flexibility to adapt to different industry wide testing activities. The usability of the platform is really impressive. My favorite function of the platform is its usage in terms of doing my testing without the need of actual devices. I can just select which device I want to test, and it will give me the same requirements as the actual devices could offer.

Cons

Maybe the cost, since it is a bit expensive for small companies and individuals who wants to use it for their disposal. But overall, I think for big companies who can really afford the service, it will be very useful in terms of executing different kinds of testing.

### "BrowserStack addressed our all-testing requirements well."

September 30, 2025

5.0

We choose BrowserStack as our device farm to run our Android and iOS mobile automation suites on pipelines. From the initial stage to now they gave unbelievable supports to make this goal success and when we are facing any issue their support teams assign ASAP and solve all issued that we faced.

Pros

Detailed Test Results Dashboard - For Automation Testing they provide very advanced dashboard, and it includes all test results, logs, screen recording videos and with many more details. This is well worth the money we paid. Sharable Public URL For All Test - We can get public URL for each test that we run on BrowserStack. So this test result management is very usefull and no need to manage results in another place. It is very useful for explaining issue to other teams. Their device farms have high security level and no risk at all. 24x7 Support Team and Learning Material availability - They response our support tickets within few hours and also, they have technical support teams to solve our technical gaps.

Cons

Pricing for the Parelle tests might me high for startups or small groups. But they have very flexible sales team, and we can chat and get discounts for annual plans, and you can negotiate the price.

### "My Honest Take on BrowserStack"

March 31, 2026

5.0

The best part of browserstack was testing on real devices without having to purchasing them, super very helpful. It was easy to start for testing application, and features like session recordings take schreenshot, upload and downloads ,saved my a lot time and also saved me a lot headache while fixing bugs. But honestly, a few things annoyed me. The price felt high sometimes, especially for extra features(a dedicated devices etc). Sometme the connection could be slow, and I hated when it logged me out too fast if I stepped away for a minute and also feel bad about 90 minutes time limit.

Pros

I liked most about BrowserStack is that it is value for money product. It allows me test on hundreds of real devices without purchasing any new devices, and the customer support is realy very helpful when ever I get any problem. It is very easy to use ,no need any complicated setup, just choose a device and start testing our app. I can do real testing on actual phones and browsers, and the test management tools helped me keep everything organized so I never lost track of bugs. The automation saved my so many hours of repetitive work by running tests in the background, and the session management was a lifesaver because I can record sessions take scheenshot if required, replay, and share sessions with my team to fix issues quickly without any problem.

Cons

The pricing, especially for higher plans or add-ons like parallel testing, can feel a bit expensive for small teams or individuals. The device time limit (90 min) . Sometime devices get stuked specially redmi. seesion time out not more than 25 min.Console could be more user friendly.

### "Solid Product with Some Plan Limitations"

September 29, 2025

4.0

I consider Browserstack is a good product. I see you are working hard to improve your product. I only disagree with some of your politics regarding features+plans, but I understand it's a business.

Pros

1\. Using multiple devices at the same time. 2. Ability to test the latest OS and Device models. 3. Screen recording.

Cons

1\. iOS settings are restricted. 2. No option to select the default time zone on the devices. If work with timestamps, it's a pain to calculate times. 3. Sometimes I need to kill and open the app again if: - upgrade an app - enabling network tracking 4. SUGGESTION. Since you remove all data after the session is ended, but users may run multiple devices during the day. The login process become annoying. I would create a feature which could save login credentials and of course keep it secured, but it would be easier for users just to copy paste login and passwords instead of typing it manually. 5. SUGGESTION. Starting Android 15, you can change the data sync timeout through ADB comm and- "adb shell device\_config put activity\_manager data\_sync\_fgs\_timeout\_duration". To test properly notifications you need to wait 6 hours(default value) since Browserstack doesn't allow to make it shorter. According to Sentry, the very common crash happens when the timeout is reach during the foreground synchronization.

### "A Powerful Testing Suite with Real Device Coverage"

November 17, 2025

4.0

My overall experience with BrowserStack has been outstanding. Their support team is highly responsive and always ready to engage, whether through meetings, webinars or via documentation, they consistently provide helpful guidance. The suite of testing tools they offer is instrumental in our workflow: it enables us to maintain high quality in our products, catch issues identified during analytics reviews, and quickly address user-reported bugs.

Pros

App Live is invaluable, allowing for manual testing across a broad range of real devices and browsers, helping us to uncover device-specific or browser-specific issues we would not be able to reproduce in-house. The platform significantly bolsters quality assurance for our systems.

Cons

The cost of the higher-tier plans can be challenging for smaller organizations. It would be beneficial if BrowserStack offered more affordable entry-level options for these advanced tools, even with usage limits. Smaller teams often have lower testing volume, but having accessible starting tiers would allow us to adopt more of the platform’s capabilities and potentially scale up to unlimited plans as our needs grow.

### "The best solution for mobile automation"

September 22, 2025

5.0

We started partnering with browserstack over a year ago because we wanted a better solution for mobile testing. The Browserstack team sat with us and provided technical feedback, training and demos in order for us to ramp up quickly. They are always proactively looking to help and offer solutions, and we have now integrated their mobile automation into our regression test cycle. They provide a safe and integrated way to seamlessly run tests, with detailed dashboard and metrics to help triage.

Pros

What I like the most about Browserstack is the level of support and care that the team puts into their products. The team is always proactive in offering training and support, providing advice and technical troubleshooting when needed.

Cons

I feel like the Browserstack team is sometimes trying to encourage the purchase of new products too aggressively. I would prefer a target approach to understand the customer needs first instead of looking to sell more options that would not fit our roadmap.

It’s easy to use, saves time, and helps me quickly validate client-facing solutions. The automation and test management features are helpful for improving productivity, and overall it offers good value for money with reliable customer support.

Cons

One thing I have noticed is that debugging issues can sometimes feel a bit limited compared to working in a fully local setup. Also, managing test sessions or tracking history isn’t always as straightforward as it could be. It would be great if there were more flexibility and clarity in those areas, especially when working on multiple client projects.

### "Powerful Testing Platform with Room for Performance Improvements"

October 9, 2025

5.0

We initially started using BrowserStack with a single team to streamline our cross-browser testing process. Over time, its reliability, ease of use, and wide real-device coverage made such a strong impact that now the entire organization relies on it. The ability to test instantly across multiple browsers and devices without maintaining in-house infrastructure has been a huge productivity boost. The only area for improvement would be occasional latency on real devices during peak hours and a slightly restrictive session limit on some plans. However, BrowserStack’s responsive support team and continuous product enhancements more than make up for it. Overall, it’s a robust, scalable, and developer-friendly platform that has become an essential part of our QA workflow.

Pros

I really like that BrowserStack provides instant access to real devices and browsers. It saves enormous time and effort compared to managing in-house device labs. The performance is consistent, and the UI makes it easy to switch between environments. I also like that they support automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, and Appium — it’s very flexible for different testing needs.

Cons

Sometimes tests take longer to start, and real-device sessions can lag a bit. Otherwise, it’s a great product overall. We cant run adb commands on their devices .

### "A Solid Testing Tool for Mobile Developers"

March 11, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with BrowserStack has been very positive. As a Senior Android and React Native developer, it has made testing across different devices and browsers much easier. Instead of managing multiple physical devices, I can quickly run tests on real devices in the cloud. It has helped me catch compatibility issues earlier and made the testing process much more efficient during development and release cycles.

Pros

What I like most about BrowserStack is how easy it makes testing on different devices and browsers without needing to keep a lot of physical devices. As an Android and React Native developer, it really helps me quickly check how the app behaves on different Android versions and real devices. The setup is simple, the interface is easy to use, and it saves a lot of time during testing and debugging.

Cons

Sometimes the sessions can feel a bit slow, especially when connecting to certain devices. The pricing can also be a little high for smaller teams or individual developers. Other than that, the platform works well for most of my testing needs.
