It’s a powerful tool that saves a lot of time by automating data collection. Pros What I liked most about Supermetrics was how it simplifies complex data integration. It connects multiple marketing and analytics platforms seamlessly and allows users to automate reporting workflows that would otherwise take hours to do manually. The interface is intuitive, and the flexibility to use it with Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and BigQuery makes it a powerful tool for us. Cons However, one thing I didn’t like was that authentication often has to be done multiple times, which can interrupt workflows and slow down automation. It also loses connection multiple times. I love platform subscriptions when a dedicated account rep checks in and has knowledge beyond their platform. They are also a problem solving company. I've requested different connectors and they came through. They also provide great roadmaps on data journeys. Our company is progressing with their help. Pros Having one platform that has all the connectors in one is super helpful. Being able to combine multiple data sources into one looker studio report is also a key perk. I also like that their Google connectors are more robust than the native Google ones in Looker Studio. Cons Certain connectors require reconnecting monthly, but they have a really nice UX in their dashboard that makes this fairly easy.
