I used this software during time working through and agency so I didn't spend much time with it. But the experience I had with it compared to similar software was good. Pros The interface easy to use and navigate. I had a few technical issues at first but most of it was just user error. The support service is amazing! Needless to say, this software was extremely easy to learn and very operator friendly. Several of the employees in the manufacturing facility are now using PolyPM and very easily trained in a short period of time. It has met every need we have wanted and if it was not already in the program, Customer reps were great to jump in and get exactly what we needed and wanted.
