I have not long used Vetstoria however so far it seems easy to use for both vet staff and clients when booking appointments.

Pros

Vetstoria seems easy to use and to adjust to what works for our practice. The Vetstoria team seem very helpful with anything we need.

Cons

I have not come across anything I do not like about Vetstoria currently and feel this will make an improvement for us.

It has been frustrating getting to this point, as I have been working with vestoria over the last 4 - 5 months working out the bit that didnt work, and we implemented the final changes a few weeks ago, so to get it all reset again with the optimisation is a little frustrating but I get it.

Pros

Its a lot better that there are more options and we can dictate what is a nurse and what is a vet.

Cons

Still not 100% with clients being able to choose vets from drop down list. Its at least current vets as we had issues with old vets still in the list, but you can still pick all the vets, and some vets will only do one day a few weeks at various sites. For example, Isabel mainly works at Northfield but once every 8 weeks will do a Saturday at Halesowen site.

Vetstoria listen well to the requirements of the clinic and adapt to what the clinical need

Able to choose the types of appointments available including the time allocation. This was very easy to set up differently between each site.

Would be nice to have chunks of days ONLY available for on-line booking

Pros

Vetstoria is a great way for clients to book consults etc online - giving them flexibility. Vetstoria has been great to reduce the calls we get to book consults meaning that our client care team are "freed" up, allowing them to be more present when dealing with clients within practice.

Cons

I liked it when I was able to change our vetstoria settings direct, having to go through IVC adds an additional layer which all adds time to a task

Pros

Vetstoria works in real time with my practice management software. Client's are booking their own appointments within our scheduling guidelines.
